No longer dropping donations off here, my grandmother was in there dropping stuff off at goodwill. The guy who was grabbing stuff didnt bother to ask which is which and started grabbing things that were not to be donated. He also had a piss-poor attitude doing so. I called the store to let them know what kind of bag the stuff was in that he grabbed and the guy in the back explained they may not find it because of how many donations they get in the day. Understandable, although I was more upset with the fact of how the guy treated my grandma when it came to dropping things off. He was definitely only there for a paycheck, he couldnt care less. I dont know who this gal was that got on the phone with me, but she took no interest into help find what was missing, and when I tried to put in a complaint she shut me off and had the "okay whatever" attitude. I have been to several goodwills to donate and usually, they want you to let them know exactly what it is you want them to grab. This guy had no concern and neither did the gal I talked to. I could tell she just wanted to get off the phone with me. Everything I told her that was in that bag he grabbed (that he shouldnt have to begin with), she recited to me completely different and then when I corrected her she said "okay yeah thats what I said" when it wasnt. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes.

Coon Rapids Goodwill, If you have specific markings on the books 10 for $1.49, then mark them! You have employees there for a reason... to do their jobs. I was not happy for my first time being there. I was excited for the bargain, but when I went to pay, the cashier charged me $20 when it was only supposed to be $1.49. I was about to walk out not complaining, but decided its not the CUSTOMERS job to pay for the mistakes and laziness of the EMPLOYEES! Not only that... the cashiers gave an attitude as I went back to ask them about the total. Other customers walking out with me said the same thing happened to them. So Coon Rapids Goodwill... if your immature employees did their jobs correctly from now on, they can possibly avoid such a dilemma (especially for the cashiers since they were baffled that someone wasnt willing to pay $20 for something that was only supposed to be $1.49).

Standard Goodwill store. Their pricing has always bothered me and I feel like its getting worse. Things are inconsistently marked and prices seem to be rising. It is also disheartening to see bulk, junked dollar store items costing more than they were sold! How do I know? The original sticker prices were still on there! Sometimes if your lucky you do find that one piece of treasure that you never knew you needed (unfortunately we do it all too often)

Where did the 99 cent pricing go? I think it is getting more expensive each month. I know its the sign of the times but in a lot of products you can buy new for the same price as Goodwill item. It is annoying to find 2 identical items priced differently. I come across that a lot when shopping at the Coon Rapids store. Would be great if the staff pricing items could follow the same criteria to determine prices.

I think for a place that gets stuff donated to them for free and everything they sell they ask u to round up to the next dollar but they charge max dollar for there stuff. Correct me if Im wrong but arent they suppose to be a service to there community and help people with mean of little to no money to afford things. I think these places need to be reminded that they are a non profit place

I really miss the thrift store that used to be across the street because goodwill jacks their prices up way too high. I found things that I liked, but the workers there seemed to dread their job. They werent friendly or even pleasant. I felt as if the I was annoying the girl who checked me out. She seemed pissed off. Not a great experience.

Faculty was very rude and inconsiderate . When I complained to the manager he said hed talk to the workers that were rude and said hed have them apologise. Upon his return he brought some other worker who denied everything and that there was nothing they could do. Totally unprofessional and I Wil never return to this goodwill.

Its a nice store with alot good deals. But, I was a bit upset when I left and the associate at the door said to me "Sorry you dint find anything". Ive never been told that when leaving a store. It was not really a bad thing to say. It just made me feel kind of guilty . Other than than Its a good place.

I dont rhino the prices are that great and I dont like how if you are disabled and work there they dont let you learn to do some jobs just basically greeting and hanging clothes. That was a while ago though and dont support the way people think the money they make is used. But I do shop there.

What a ghetto place to be. The workers are nice, but the place and building is a little run down. Some of the doors in the changing area dont even lock, got walked in on by some little kid. Cool that the mom started yelling at me because I didnt lock the door, when I did.

For such a large store the items they carry are subpar. I have found nicer things in dumpsters. Did not feel welcome at all. When I made a purchase I was THREE CENTS short. The cashier was snotty about it. I left my selection on the checkout counter and left.

I get some good deals, but my biggest complaint is they use tape to secure things and it pulls the finish off, it ruined the paint and you cant get the gooey stuff off from the tape, come up with something better to use, it has ruined a few things for me.

Not at all happy with them. Loaders broke my item and suggested I get refund, manager said no refund. Store credit only. Cashier "Keep your receipt in case of trouble with your items although it looks like we dont do refunds anymore, just store credit."

Clothes sorted by color NOT size. Makes it VERY difficult to find right size!! Scrubs are $2-3 more than other thrift stores, clothes in general are more expensive than other thrift stores. Employees are not helpful and not pleasant.

Has a great selection of clothing and housewares at an affordable price. The store is usually clean and well organized. I often browse here for old sports coats, they dont make them like they used to.
