Great deals, if the cashiers honor them, ride women EVERY time I go there, iv been told it was late that it actually is so they could close early, iv been told items arent on sale that are, seasonal items twice, iv been given incorrect change, and laughed at when I asked for ît, iv been charged twice on more than one item during single shopping trip, if same products were offered at even a slightly higher cost, somewhere even remotely close, if avoid ever going there again, but with the amount of household supplies I need per month, over $130+... To $200+... And where I live, and the fact I dont like to drive,,, I tolerate rude people to save money and ship close to home,,, check your recipts if you go there...

Service is hit or miss. Some good cashiers, some...not so much. Some items ring up higher than advertised in ads and window signs. Cashiers have told me 4 separate times now, they cant fix it, that the computer wont let them. Long lines at times, especially after school lets out, and only one cashier at the registers while other staff is in the office. They need to train and schedule their staff better. Ive been to several other DG stores and have not encountered the problems that the St. Francis store have.

Dollar General is a great place to go to get small things, like maybe some pop and chips. But they have a lot of other things to. Its not a dollar store, but rather a convenience store. I have not experienced any issues with this Dollar General, the staff has been friendly, and I have not had defective merchandise.

Me and my friends got kicked out for no reason and they threatened to call the cops on us for looking at monster. They also will have sales and put them on the wrong item and they tried blaming me and my friend for it,

Friendly staff and I am glad one opened up in St. Francis. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because you may have to wait in line for a few minutes but thats why they have a bell you can ring. :-P

Customer service was great, but she was the only employee in the store. We were there at 1pm and she was alone in the store until 4:30pm. Long lines and no help finding things!

They have about anything you need, but the aisles are very cramped, and products are smooshed together. No real price difference between them and say Walmart or Target.
