Horrible. Will never use again. Ruined my valentines day. Understand they are busy but they didnt even have people answering the phone and the message is just rude. I work retail i get it. I had to ruin my valentines day surprise and my girlfriend had to go get the flowers. Oh wait they were in the same shopping center. I called at. 9 am to tell them.i might have put the wrong address and explained what happened. The girl in the phone.told me.it was fine and it.will work out but never did. Ill never use this place again. I would put 0 stars but google wont let me

The folks at Towers did our wedding and they were excellent. They were very helpful in helping us make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. They were friendly and they didnt push us to buy the most expensive arrangements like other florists had done. Their delivery was on time and the flowers looked amazing. I also used them in a pinch to order flowers for actresses in a local play at the last minute. They got together 30 boquets in 2 hours and gave us a great price! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I just sent my crippled mother flowers based on a picture on line. They arrived and looked horrible, like someone just picked from a garden and stuck them in a jar. We called and the owner argued with us and refused to help. She said my crippled, homebound mother should come in and pick new ones! Can you believe it! These are nasty, uncooperative people who should go out of business!

EXCELLENT!! Dont listen to the bad review, Towers in Nesconset is absolutely wonderful. The two girls that run it are always pleasant and do a fantastic job on every bouquet that I have recieved. They are always very helpful and super resonable on their prices. The person that gave the bad review is absolutely wrong about Towers Flowers. I would never go anywhere else for flowers.

Towers Flowers did the arrangements for my engagement party and they were absolutely gorgeous! Our venue didnt need much, just a simple romantic bit of decor here and there and thats exactly what TF created! I went back and forth with Heather & Bridgette, showing them pictures of what I liked and didnt like and they took those ideas and gave me just what I wanted!

My husband purchased a flower arrangement and plant in April for my birthday. I was very impressed by the quality and freshness of the flowers. The arrangement lasted over 2 weeks and the plant is growing beautifully in my patio room.. I would use this florist again.
