I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop and I strongly suggest everyone stays away. They were doing the flowers for our wedding at Villa Lombardis and problems started 3 months before the wedding. My wife and I live in Florida so we had little time to visit the shop, but she scheduled an appointment when she was home for her bridal shower to have a look at what they were going to do and approve the centerpieces. So she shows up and the appointment was not in their book and they had to send her away because the owner was not there. So she wasted time and money getting there. Nicole, the owner/person in charge called and apologized and being that were out of state, we foolishly decided to stay with them as my wife had no time to go elsewhere. My wifes bouquet was much smaller than the bridesmaids even though that was not discussed with us prior, we would have paid more for it to be bigger! And it was wrapped with the wrong color ribbon. We had showed Nicole a picture of exactly what my wife wanted and she said "Okay thats about 30 Calla Lillies," so we agreed, how were we supposed to know 30 would be small? 30 little flowers for $175 seems extremely expensive as well. On the day of the wedding, they were an hour late delivering the bouquets and boutonnieres, which was extremely stress inducing as they arrived after myself (the groom) and the groomsmen were already on our way to the church. My wife called when she received her bouquet to ask why it was so small and Nicole offered no apologies whatsoever. Prior to the wedding we went again to approve the centerpieces. We asked for a few minor changes, one specifically being to not use a pink flower that was in it. The day of the wedding, those pink flowers were still in the centerpieces even though we had discussed it and Nicole agreed to change them out for something purple (our color). Also, they delivered the centerpieces at the last minute, DURING COCKTAIL HOUR, so when we saw the mistake it was too late for them to come back and potentially fix it. At the appointment a few days before the wedding we were promised water in the vases of the centerpieces with purple lights inside to give a purple glow. There were no lights at all in the centerpieces, although there was water... Going back to that appointment before the wedding, they were completely unprepared for it even though they told us when to come. We got there and had to sit and wait while Nicole prepared the centerpiece for 15 minutes. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They will make promises, fail to deliver, and offer no apologies because they already have your money.

These people are absolutly horrible! I called to have flowers delived to a funeral and although they were delivered there was no card telling the home who they went to so the family never got them. I called several times trying to get this cleared up and they just continued to tell me that it wasnt their fault and there was a name on them when they left the shop. I said well its very possible that the card fell off during route, "NO NO it didnt my employees are reasponsible" she continued to shout to me. I hope that someone day they will learn some customer service skills and how to make things right or they just go out of buisness. I now have to go thru the hassel of disputing this with my credit card company but at least I will get my money back from these disgusting excuses for buisness owners.

It was an absolute pleasure working with this florist! Jeannie went above and beyond to fulfill every request for my parents surprise 50th anniversary party - right down to the absolutely beautiful corsage she put together for my mom to wear for this special occasion. Even though all planning was done from out of state, it was like I was right there in the store going over every little detail with her. She truly went out of her way to make this event extra special for us! I would DEFINITELY recommend her services to anyone looking for balloons and/or flowers for their special event. In my experience, I have to say that her professionalism and attention to every detail immaginable is unmatched.

Natures Design Group completely exceeded my expectations for my wedding flowers! Jeanne was wonderful to work with. She was able to see my vision and then make it even more beautiful than I imagined. I was absolutely blown away by them! Even my photographer mentioned that they were the nicest wedding flowers he saw all season. Truly made the entire color scheme of the wedding come together. On top of how gorgeous the flowers were, the price was the most reasonable that we received by far. No other florists even came close! Give this shop a chance. The funeral flowers Trish and her co-workers designed to be sent from our church were absolutely gorgeous. The arrangement was so full, beautiful colors and much better than the catalogue representation. I also appreciated the kind service Ive received and the prompt attention to our needs. I highly recommend this local florist. Its nice to know theyre in our neighborhood.

Most beautiful flowers I have seen in a long time. Awesome people who helped with everything i needed. Our wedding was talked about more for the flowers than anything. These girls went out of their way to help us and treated us amazing.. Thank You So Much!!! I recommend them highly!!

She is my only option when if comes to flowers!! Ive had flowers from her for Family parties, sweet 16s, sympathy flowers..you name it! And its always better than I hoped for!

They never delivered Flowers for a funeral and took my money and have not contacted me to rectify this matter. I will be forced to contact Better Business Bureau now.
