Quality of everything is excellent. Its the entire rest of the experience that is abysmal. Item after item not in stock week after week. Complete absence of a single corporate brain cell and a total isolation from all customer complaints. They simply dont care and no one at corporate will ever speak with the consumer. They keep forcing all complaints back to each individual store, and each and everyone of those stores personnel say they are totally unable to respond because corporate refuses to act or to implement the necessary changes or cures. Corporate seems to be a bunch of either super lazy or ignorant fools who dont seem to care about the constant problems their customers endure every day. This used to be a great chain, but they have grown arrogant, isolated and uncaring and I wouldnt be surprised to see them following the pathmark / acme trajectory in the near future. I know that my wife and I have started going elsewhere for many items. Also, they are absolutely unwilling and incapable of responding to the needs of the handicapped. Each and every aisle and section is an obstacle course with total inaccessibility to a large number of the desired items. Stupid, thoughtles and inconsiderate beyond belief.

The store looks nice...it used to be a Genuardis, so its a little nice than many of the stores. But I had an awful experience the first time I went there, shortly after it opened. I was at the deli counter getting some of their fried chicken with sides and serving myself. I had only been standing there a moment when I saw that one of the deli workers was standing next to me, waiting to serve HERSELF a plate of food. Apparently I was taking too long when I heard her grumble "Well, I guess Im going to have to go around to the other side!", suggesting I was taking too long to get my chicken. This is a WORKER telling me I was taking too long before she could serve herself. I watched her go around the other side and begin filling her plate. If their workers are already that disgruntled after being there a short time, it makes me wonder about the long-term prospects for this store.

Today I left my cell phone in the ladies room by mistake. By the time I realized it, I returned and it was gone. I went to customer service and it was there. It had been turned in by an employee, Linda. Teresa and Eboni at the desk were very helpful. and PJ called my home number to leave a message . Rachel and Elyce made my visit pleasant also. What a team effort ! Another reason why Giant is my favorite market....such nice people ! I hope the managers know how lucky they are to have put together such a special team !

I love this giant. Close, convenient, and has everything I need. Even better now that you can buy beer and wine there. Use you bonus card, save money, and then get more money off gas later. I use the self scanner and bag as I go, making self checkout so much quicker as well. The only two things that prevent me from giving it a full five stars: 1. their shopping carts are usually jacked up and hard to steer, and 2. the self checkout takes so much more time than necessary because the coupon readers never work.

The organic and natural food selection is about 2 out of 10 food aisles, with a small section in produce - this has been improving slowly, hopefully the buyers will continue to shift. How about stocking some chemical free bread Giant? I really appreciate the hand held technology for faster check out and device readers that can scan from my phone, so you get 4 stars for customer service but only 2 for quality of product.

This is the best grocery store I have ever shopped at. They have great carts that can comfortably accommodate all three of my kids if needed, but I rarely need to because they offer babysitting in the tree house. I love the selection of prepared foods. The organic section is fairly large compared to other nearby stores and I can always find everything on my list.

I love this store. Its so mom-friendly. In addition to good quality groceries at good prices, they have a child care center, valet service where you drive up and they load your groceries, even cooking classes. And there is rarely a long wait for a cashier to check you out. I dont like to shop anywhere else.

Huge store. It has everything that you would be looking for. They have a large variety of food, cooking classes, childcare, and much more. They also have a service where you can scam your groceries as you buy them. It is really cool.

This is a really nice store if you dont mind you wife or girlfriend being sexually harassed by the employees in the meat section. Women should be able to shop in peace without male employees treating them like a side of beef.

This Giant has everything- childcare, nutritionist, beer, cooking classes, massive organic section, and great prepared food options. The store is always clean, and their new check out as you shop option is SUPER convenient.

Best Supermarket. This is a great supermarket. Produce is fresh and tasty and they often have options from local growers. Im always happy with the prices. And earning towards money off of gas is a great bonus.

They discontinue brand items and replace with generic store brand.This happens more and more now. It seems like their business plan is to eventually stock only their brand and so theyre phasing out brand items.

You can get great discounts on gas wirh your bonus card up to 25 gallons and if you get the bonus buys you can get your gas for free yes i said free also fresh produce and meats and there open 24/7

The workers are always very helpful, and have even walked me access the store to help me find something. The store is also very clean, and my only complaint is its usually a bit crowded.

Open 24 hours. Bakery is solid for a grocery store. You can purchase wine and beer on site. There is a red box and Im always happy with Giant prices when I grocery shop.

I especially like the Scan-it feature which has you scan and bag your own groceries as you take them off of the shelf. Makes for a quicker trip, most of the time anyway.

Super Giant, 24 hours a day and huge selection of foods. Great parking, awesome place to shop. It also has a beer garden and Blue Mountain Vineyards has a shop in there.

Super Giant now sells beer! Free valet of your cart packed into your car. Free babysitting. Only reason not a 5 is the beef could be better from meat section
