The managers/ leads and customer service reps are extremely short and rude and arent very truthful...,I asked to speak with a manager about somthing that happend and was told they left for the day, but when I explained the problem to them, they got the so called manager that had just left. Other employees are extremely nice so thats why Im giving this two stars. For the hard workers that dont get paid what they deserve instead of one.

Very clean and organized. A little hard to find things I was looking for and could not find one employee to help me. It was an hour until closing and the aisles were filled with boxes and employees stocking shelves so it made it even harder to find things. They shouldnt do any of that until the store is closed. The woman that worked the self checkout lane was really nice and helpful.

Miss Guardis. This place has lost its family pride. Only go in an emergency or to pick up a movie. Selection poor, prices very high, stock not keep up on shelves, specials not so special, etc. Wife says the prices are much better at other Giant at Grant and the Blvd but dont like the area and think it is wrong to charge more on Huntingdon pike. I agree so just go elsewhere.

I usually have trouble finding everything I need here. Recently we had to leave without chicken thighs, red onions, and a few other very common items. The service is usually very good, but the parking lot can be a mess. The curbside Peapod pickup can be very hit or kiss as the designated spaces are usually filled by regular shoppers and giant does not enforce it.

My go to grocery store! Always clean, and has an amazing selection. The staff is very friendly too and the check out lines are usually pretty short. The only recommendation I have would be to supply Hormels Vegetarian Chili. Once that is there, I will literally have everything I want all in one grocery store. Keep up the good work, Giant!

Nice store with an excellent variety of products. Very expensive to shop here unfortunately. Used to love the homemade sourdough bread, but they no longer make this on premises. A real loss for me. Will be my goto store when I need soda and juices to avoid Philadelphia sugar tax. Bring back the homemade bread!!!!!!

My favorite supermarket for many reasons! First, theyre outside of the city, so no sugar tax on my juice. They are one of the only places around with hemp milk, as well as a large selection of healthy and gluten free foods. The two guys with beards in the health food section are super knowledgeable and helpful!!

The aisles are smaller than most supermarkets, seemed claustrophobic. It was really hard to find anything and I had to ask 3 different employees where the ice pops were before ones of them finally led me right to them. ... this was in June, youd think they would know where ice pops are

Went to customer service. I asked if I could purchase an item in bulk. Two females behind counter. One took my name & phone number. Never got a call. Was told that no grocery personal were available when I made my request. At time store didnt have some sale items well stocked

Prices are a lil high compared to competitors. But they have a good produce and Ready to Go foods selection. Bonus Star because their shopping carts have cup holders & they have carts that are half play car/ half traditional shopping cart!

I would not recommend this place .They are very expensive and have very limited option for you to choose from. They charge you a arm and a leg for Giant brand. The meat is low quality ,no baggers, no space for carts ,

The best part was meeting one of your newer cashiers, Amanda. She greeted me with a smile and was pleasant. Can always find the products I need at a good price on your store brand. Also, always clean. Thank you!

This Giant is nicer than the other locations. The prices are high unless there is a sale. The turnover is fairly good so there is not much stale food. The checkout takes forever and a day.

Seemed to constantly run out of stock on some items. Late one evening the salad bar had been cleaned out but smelled terrible. Prices arent fantastic; staff seemed friendly overall.

Good selection with a small cafeteria. Includes a Starbucks cafe. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a hassle when busy. Youll need a rewards card to access savings.

Way too crowded during peak shopping hours. (After work and Sunday afternoons.) Decent pricing and selection...watch the vegetables, some go bad quickly.

The employees in the store are nice but this Giant is not so "Giant" so somethings you would buy at other Giant Food Stores you wont find at this one.
