Updated!!Been going here since 2012 and told everyone I knew about them. My most recent experience when picking up my stock motorcycle / not stunt bike, I was told by The guy at the front desk an employee Ive known for years, that the new guy wheelied my bike a couple times. I had just dropped my bike off with new clutch plates, pads and springs. I had just paid them to install all the clutch components and change the oil. I obviously got upset about this ! Then not even 2 miles down the road My bike wont stay in gear!!! Me getting upset was surprising to the employees for some reason. When I expressed that I was not happy with what happened the owners They pushed it aside and told me to deal with their employee , in the end I ended up getting my bike back with some of the old plates installed and working. except after getting my bike back I saw that the employee and owner were pretty much calling me names on social media!!!!! Nobody is professional not a single person tried to give me an apology! everyone treated me as if I was overreacting!!! doesnt help the good professional mechanics have all left and they dont have any certified mechanics I know of now... its terribly ironic because I have spent 1,000s at this shops and sent all my friends there, why would they do this!?? Since reading my post, the guy that runs the front has asked people to kick me out of a rides. I dont know why they never tried to apologize and get the review taken down instead

JOHN DOPPLICK- Discretion must be used in regards to safety issues with motorcycles. The MO Motorcycle inspection sheet says nothing about OLD WORN OUT Chains however the chain on your bike when a load is present caused the chain to become so tight that it could of snapped while riding your motorcycle. The tech who did the inspection felt that this was a safety issue and this is why your bike failed. Without a chain driving your bike it can cause serious harm to you as a rider. Sorry you felt that we are ONLY out for your money but that is simply not true. We are motorcycle enthusiasts and we care very much about the safety of the rider due to the fact you only have two tires protecting you. We were just looking out for your safety sorry we have upset you in this way. You are most welcome to come and speak to me about this matter if you wish or call and ask for Sue. If you would like I can arrange for the MO STATE HIGHWAY PATROL officier to come by and speak to you about this issue if you wish. Good luck

Go ahead, get tires at a dealer and get service there too. While you are at it, take your wallet and throw it in your preheated oven at 450F and remove when charred to bits. If, like me though, you prefer to keep your money for other bike things, thank your lucky stars you found these guys. I just took my 02 Superhawk in to have some new Michelins after being one of the dealer service guys for years. Not only was I treated like a VIP (Im not) at Mototire USA by the owner Steve, I received the same tires I was quoted for by the dealer 20% or so cheaper, mounted cheaper ($35 per wheel vs $110, free if you buy the tires from them and bring the removed wheels in, at time of writing), quicker (about an hour) and professionally on advanced equipment (read about their No-Mar changers, yeah...awesome). Im telling you, this place is a no brainer.

Please do not use these people!!!!!! They invoice you for repairs they do not make ! Sue the owner will not only NOT address your issues, she will insult you, be rude to you and keep you on the phone for hours trying to convince you this is some how your fault!! She even told me the issues were because I wasnt an experienced rider....seriously!!! We had another shop tell us they charged us for repairs that were not made!!! She made excuse after excuse why my bikes didnt run , everything from cracked exhaust pipes to " know defects" . Funny how when we brought them to another shop and they did the repairs Mototire claimed they did ( but did not) and now they run perfect!!! Go figure ! Use them at your own risk!!! Kelli Ewen

I had a rear tire replaced on my Vulcan 1600 Classic in the Fenton store. When inquiring over the phone, the technical staff actually recommended a cheaper, but still high quality tire for my bike. Awesome! The quote I was given over the phone was spot on. I waited for the service to be completed and I was in and out in the hour and a half quoted. While I waited the technical staff answered several of my questions about their other services and bike maintenance in general. My overall experience was excellent and I will be highly recommending them to my friends who ride. These guys are technically knowledgeable and have a passion for what they do!

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager specifically told me he can fail you for anything he wants on an inspection. They will fail you and then try to charge you to fix it. They failed me for my chain being a little too loose. When I talked with missouri highway patrol they cant fail you for that. No to tire told me they will fail you for no mirrors when nowhere on the official inspection document on the highway patrols inspection report does it say they can fail you for that. Then they just so happened to lose my inspection report so I had to pay to have it done again. They are a bunch of liars and will screw you over.

Excellent Service and Hospitality..I bought Tires for my Adventure BMW and they treated me very fairly. I have been in several times for service and cannot say how pleasant the experience was and how flexible the scheduling is...Corey and Ryan are always super friendly and informative as well as helpful...It is so refreshing to receive the same or even better service after the sale...I would highly recommend MotoTire from a purchasing standpoint or from a servicing standpoint..I will definitely be using MotoTire for my next purchase and all my service needs. Most important they did NOT scratch my wheels on BMW. Yea!

This review is for the St. Charles location, which I just found out is closed. (Disappointing) The guy there was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. All you could ask for in a shop. Thats why I recommended them to friends. They got me in for an appointment right away too, but thats because they werent that busy. On that note, Im actually pretty disappointed in their marketing efforts. They did a pretty poor job of letting the world know that they even had a St. Charles location. Lucky for them, this isnt a reflection on how well they service motorcycles, which they do pretty well and pretty reasonably, pricewise.

After searching for a place to get my motorcycle tires mounted I was referred to Moto Tire. It was a great experience, they let me check out the process of mounting tires because I was interested in the process of how to do so. Relaxed atmosphere and very nice employees, theyll shoot it to you straight and will help out as much as they can. Definitely check this business out if you need any work done on your motorcycle or ATV.
