Honestly, after reading the "great" reviews on this place, i was convinced i had gone to a totally different car sales lot. Unfortunately, that is not the case. First off, i had to drive 40 minutes to get to the sales lot, which isnt a big deal to me, at first. However, its became a big deal within the first 5 minutes when the man who i had set up the appointment with told me he couldnt find the key to the car. After 10 minutes of calling around, looking for the keys, he finally sat me down and showed me other cars in my price range. When i found a car that fit my price range and mileage range, he went to grab the keys and we proceeded out to the parking lot. Only, he couldnt find the car and later finds out the car wasnt even on the lot. Frustrated and disappointed, i decided to leave and just told him to call me if he happens to find the keys. Within 15 minutes of leaving he calls me back to tell me that he has found the keys and that they were just mislabeled. So i turn around head back with hopes that the car is as good as he was telling me and how his ad made it seem. When i get there he hands me the keys and says that i can test drive it. I also started to ask questions about the car, which he had no answers to my questions because he knew zero information about the car he was trying to sell to me. Annoyed with how little he knew, i tried to start the car, only the car wouldnt start because the battery was dead. i even waited while he jumped the car, just to find out that the car needs a new battery in general. This place is the most unprofessional place ive been too, i understand they sell cheap cars but you would think they would at least be prepared when a customer is wanting/interested in buying one of there cars. I tried to be nice and think positively about this place and i know everybody has bad days, but going back a second time only for the car not to even start really did it for me. I would 10/10 not recommend to a friend, or anyone for that matter.

I am not certain who wrote the other reviews but they are family or were paid. Bought 2006 Escape on 5/6/2017, we were told they (Arch motorsports) had 30 days to produce title. Now they told us we have to wait until they get it. I had to contact the Attorney General and the big car dealer he said he bought it from to get them to produce title. We will see
