I traded in my sport bike for a can-am due to a bad ankle. When the weather warmed up they delivered my bike and picked up my sport bike (after telling me that delivery was free, I should have read the paperwork better because they put a delivery fee in with the price of the bike). After getting my bike I received a call two months later, asking if I received my bike. I was a bit confused then they told me they delivered the wrong bike. I let it go because it was an upgraded version so whatever. I was out of town for work but they also told me that they had to re-due the paperwork because the vin numbers and what not. They sent the mail to my apartment and then my roommate sent the paperwork to me in Maryland. I filled everything out and mailed it back in. I get a call when I get back telling me that the signatures dont match and that I need to re-sign everything again. So I drive the hour there to fill out everything again. I told them there wasnt anything wrong with the signatures and I signed the paperwork myself, apparently someone else told them that my roommate signed everything. After all this hassle I got rid of the can-am for a Yamaha raider scl. I thought everything was good to go there, then this month I start getting letters in the mail from the Illinois Tax Revenue saying I owe them 177.17 because the paperwork wasnt filed on time, for my can-am (which I dont even own anymore), then I get another letter saying that my claim to try to get it dismissed was denied but I never put in a claim and I had no idea this was even going on. They sat on the paperwork and put in the numbers wrong. The penalty went from owing just $.19 to 177.17. I had to get a lawyer to call them and they said they would put a check in the mail and pay for it. A week later still nothing. looking like Im out $177.17 because Im sure there is no check in the mail. Never going there again.

Should have listened to the reviews that I saw online, just like this one. I should have walked away, or rather ran away from this place. I had a deal working with them, but all of sudden the ski I wanted had shipping damage, but the more expensive one would be just fine. So I searched other dealers for the ski that I really wanted, and not the more expensive one. So I went back and researched the more expensive ski(310R) and found a deal that was 3 hours closer to me. So I told my salesperson down at St Charles that I would buy from them if they would match the deal from the Iowa dealership. I was told yes, and I asked if it was a TOTAL price as I was quoted up here... I was reassured that it would be a TOTAL price. Some how even with me having 10+ years in selling vehicles(powersports included), TOTAL does NOT mean TOTAL to these people. So here I was thinking that I would drive down pick up the ski and make a little vacation out of it on Lake of the Ozarks.... They took over 4hours to get paperwork, and the ski ready when I was told it was ready the night before. Now 6weeks later, after playing phone tag with them and even not getting someone to return a phone call so I could ship the title of my trade to them, the GM calls me and blames me. Doesnt offer any type of apology, or explaination. Just this is how we do it here in Missouri.... So long story short Ive contact Kawasaki, and will be contacting a DMV or whatever down there as well... They dont honor their agreements, and they shafted me out of close to $1,000..... As I said, Dont walk away from this place RUN!!! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to buy here, nor would I visit again if my life depended on it. Not that I expect anything to come out of it. Most businesses if they got a bad review would give a reply... These people dont care, they have already cashed my check.

Decided to get a new motorcycle, went up to bigs to find out they were closed on sundays(hours on google were different) I went back in a few days to buy the bike I was going to buy, I price matched it on their website, the color and everything I wanted was perfect!! I show up turns out they didnt have that one advertised on their website they had the abs model(which is 1000$ more). So I told them because their mistake and misleading customers on their website I asked to just sell me the bike for the listed price or take off my crate fees and building costs... didnt want to come down AT ALL. To make things right on THEIR end. Whatever , I picked out another color cause I liked both bikes, so the bike comes outside Im ready to load it & I look around the "new bike". As Im looking the seat is ripped almost ripped in another spot the plastic is messed up. EVERYTHING VERY OBVIOUS. So I picked out another bike.. SAME problem. Finally after feeling I gotta inspect a brand new motorcycle before I buy it I got a NEW bike. Whats the deal? Trying to rip customers off KNOWING damn well your machanics had to see all the damage on all the bikes.. fix them? Theyre supposed to be new. No excuses. I get home totally happy with my purchase, not happy at all with how the purchase went, its been a few days, wet days. Havent rode my NEW bike as Im installing a new part on my bike I see that one of my screws is missing on my windshield.. go figure they didnt tighten everything( Ive heard this a bunch from other customers). So my new bike has some damage on the graphics and is missing a few bolts. Im gonna do their mechanics job and look over my whats supposed to be new bike. Thanks Bigs

Took my bike in to have a new front tire mounted. Told the service guy why I was there and that I bought the tire elsewhere -"no problem. It will be a week, though." Busy season, I understand. so I brought the tire in along with my bike. He looked at the tire for a minute and said that he couldnt install it due to its age. The tire was sold as brand new, and we both agreed that it looked brand new. He let me know that there is a manufacture date printed on tires, and shows me a "01." He said he couldnt install a 15 year old tire, as, even though it looked perfectly new, supple, etc, there could be unseen damage that could cause the tire to shred while using it and he feared for my safety. Printed manufacture dates on tires was new to me, so I took him at his word (more on that in a bit). At this point I figured I would just bite the bullet and buy one of their tires and return the other one. "I cant even work on your bike anyway," he said. "I dont know the torque specs for triumphs, so I have no way of knowing if I have torqued the nut properly." Ok- I get that youre busy with a lot of work that is going to pay a lot more than a tire. But at least just say you dont want to do the work. You dont have to act like you cant spend 30 seconds on Google to learn torque specs for a bike that you dont sell there. Still thinking I would have to return the 15 year old tire, I spent 30 seconds of my own time on Google and found that the week and year of the tire manufacture are the last 4 numbers listed after DOT. My tire was made in 2014. The guy was either incompetent or just dishonest- either way not someone I want touching my bike. Youve been warned.
