This has been one of the worst service experiences I ever had. I had a recall on my 2015 RZR that was sent me back in April of 2016. I called Surdyke in Chesterfield to setup an appointment to bring in my RZR, but was told the parts were on back order. I called again in August and was told I was still on the list and they confirmed my name/number, but parts were not available yet. In September I got a second notice from Polaris about the recall. I called Surdyke back and was told again that parts are still on backorder. I called Polaris and found out parts are not on back order and are available. So I called Surdyke back and explained my conversation I had with Polaris. I was then told parts are available and for me to bring my RZR to get them replaced. When I asked if parts were in stock, I was told no, they will order them once I bring in my RZR. WHAT? I have been waiting since April and parts were never even ordered! I asked for them to order the parts first and I would bring it in after parts arrive. They gave me a date when the parts would arrive and when I can drop off the RZR. The day before I called to make sure parts were in, they were not and never bothered to call me. They said they would call me once they get the parts. 2 weeks later I call to see if the parts are in, and they were. Again, upset that no one called to let me know the parts came it, but setup a time when I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. My wife dropped it off while I was out of town and the first thing they tell her is it will be a couple days because they are backed up. Again no phone call, but she left it at the dealer anyway even though I was told it would be completed in one day. One of the recalls was for a bad voltage regulator. I had already replaced mine with an aftermarket model because of the issues I had with it. I was told I could give them my old defective voltage regulator and they would give me the new replacement model. When my wife dropped off the RZR she had the old regulator and asked them to give her the new one. They could not find the part at the time and told her she would have it after the work was done, but they would not change my current aftermarket regulator. Of course they replaced it anyway without a phone call to let me know. When I picked up the RZR I sat at the service counter waiting for help. 2 mechanics and the service guy were in the shop, but we were ignored for about 5 min. I yelled into the shop and asked if someone could help us. The very unfriendly service guy got us checked out and I got my RZR back. There was mud on the passenger seat and on the sides of the RZR. It was clean when we dropped it off for work to be done the same day. It will be the last time I ever step into Surdyke. I have purchased a few bikes at the Fetus location and was happy with the help.

We recently went to Surdyke and purchased 2 helmets. This was my girlfriends first helmet purchase and wasnt sure the type of helmet she wanted and needed? The employee that was assisting us, Laura was very persistent on selling her a specific type of helmet so my girlfriend agreed on it. After getting home and wearing the helmet a few minutes she decided it was to big and to heavy so she decided she wanted to exchange it for something more comfortable. They were closed the following 2 days so she went the following day to exchange it. She was met by Laura and was told by her that she could NOT return or exchange the helmet. The helmet was never used so it was in the exact same condition as it was when it was purchased. Laura said they dont return or exchange helmets that have been worn. Thats funny because when we were in there prior to purchasing the helmets we both tried on about 10 helmets which technically means theyve all been worn. The helmet she purchased had been worn for about 10 minutes if that. Laura told her that she would talk to the manager about exchanging the helmet for something more comfortable and fitting. Later that day she received an email from Laura stating they would NOT return or even make an even exchange to accommodate her. Apparently its against their policy that they dont return or exchange helmets. If thats the case Laura and the rest of employees should communicate that prior to consumers purchasing anything from their store. Their business practice certainly didnt meet our expectations and their customer service stinks. They definitely dont know how to satisfy or accommodate a customer. We will never go back to Surdyke Motorsports ever again and will spread the word of our terrible experience there.

The WORST experience i have EVER HAD!!!!!!!,,,I bought a 2007 Victory Hammer S 3 weeks weeks before My Vacation to Sturgis..I spoke with a service guy there ask him if they could get my bike ready in PERFECT running order before i leave with this bike,,i wanted exhaust, lloydz tuner, lloydz air intake, and passenger floorboards,,i was told no problem,,,they have done this before,,,i wanted my bike back at least a week before i left so i could test it out,,,i called when i was told it would be done,,it was not,i was told all the parts where on put they needed time to tune it,this was on a Friday,he said it would be done at the end of Saturday,,i told him i would be there no mateer what on Tuesday because they are closed on Mondays,,,i showed up on Tuesday and it was not done, the air intake kit was not on it they could not even get it,but i was told all the parts where on my bike already???/,,I was leaving for Sturgis 5 a.m Friday,so i was told they would get it going with out the intake for me to pick it up Thursday,,i go Thursday to pick it up,it would not even idle,it had a dead spot in the throttle,,took it right back to them,,i had to take this bike to Sturgis with a dead spot in the throttle, exhaust popping when letting off the throttle, and the left passenger floorboard fell off while riding down a big hill,,so i am so upset with this place,,my vacation should have been worry free and fun,,,but thanks to Surdyke Chesterfield it was the worst vacation i have EVER HAD!!!!

I had been looking for a local dealer that provides excellent service to my bike. I live in the St Charles area and thought I would give Surdyke Motorsports Chesterfield a shot since it is only 10 minutes away. First let me comment on telephone communications with the staff and specifically the Service Department. I spoke with Brian in Service and he was very helpful in fitting me in for a tire change needs. My work schedule is odd and he was able to provide a slot to get me in. Second, the facility is fantastic. I waited while I had my bike tended to and couldnt be more comfortable. Had a chance to chat briefly with the other staff members, sales and support are very outgoing and friendly. When my bike was finished, I had an opportunity to speak briefly with the Service Tech (Grant, I believe). Very nice and knowledgeable young man. I have purchased several motorcycles from a nearby dealer, and after this experience with Surdyke Motorsports Chesterfield, guess where my next purchase and all future service will be done. That is right! I have found the perfect place for me and I encourage all riders to go give them a shot. Very well oiled machine they have there. Thanks SMC!
