Absolutely one of the best dealerships I have come across! (I have even worked for some in the past) These guys dont just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family and run this business exactly how businesses use to be ran. On countless occasions I have brought small, oddball projects to them for knowledge and advice. Not only do they provide that freely and willingly but also help take care of any things I am unable to do myself. The service department truly charges you for time spent on your bike (in many cases they havent charged me at all or very little if it was something as small as tapping a bearing on the stem) rather than charging you a minimum half hour/full hour labor that you see elsewhere. Even the sales department is top notch. They had an older bike taken in on trade that they were preparing to put on the floor. After I showed interest in it and because of its age and mileage they offered to sell it to me at cost. I was unable to purchase it at that moment due to other expenses but it was a deal that was very difficult to pass up and a very fair one at that! I drive 25-35 minutes to come to this dealership for everything I need even though there is one only a mile away from my house. I can not express my gratitude or support enough for this place and look forward to dealing with them more in the future.

I recently took my bike for an engine diagnostic to Southeast Motorcycle...I was told that metal was found in my oil and that I only owed $40 for the diagnostic. When I came to retrieve my motorcycle I was told that I owed $156. When I asked why the price jumped to 156 after I was told $40, I was told that the extra money came from "the parts". Yes, "the parts" [required to drain the oil]. I then proceeded to ask what parts could possibly have been needed to drain the oil. I was baffled and borderline speechless when I was then told "The parts, do you think they just fall from the sky?" The employee was again unable to specify which exact parts I was being charged for. To reiterate, I was charged $156 for someone to drain my oil, when the average cost of an entire oil change is no more than $80 at a reputable shop. To no surprise my receipt only showed 2 hours of labor and no parts which totaled up to the $156 (2 hours to drain some oil?!?!?!?! and $80 an hour for labor?!) I was blatantly lied to and treated like an idiot because obviously no parts are/were/ever will be needed to simply drain (not change) the oil

Saw a nice hayabusa 1340 on there website with a man of steel paint theme. Negotiations went ok. But after that customer service wasnt so good. I have been waiting over40 days for my tags and registration that were included in negotiations. Well i made contact with one of there employees whom i was told handle this. The fact that paperwork was mailed to **wrong address ** I would assume that after the dealership was made aware, Professional courtesy would have kicked in, and maybe personally deliveing my paperwork to dmv to be processed in which would have helped tremendously was not done. Im an out of state resident that stays over 3hrs away and who works on a military installation but cant bring my new bike on because I am still tagless. For this I would not recommend anyone to them. In business everyone time is valuable, before and after money is exchanged for a product. Very VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING BUY due to sorry closing paperwork process.

I bought a used bike from a private seller and took it to the guys at Southeast Motorcycle just yesterday to get it looked over and inspected before I rode it to much. They called me back really quick with what it needed and what it didnt along with answering all my questions. The price was no where near what I thought it would be and the bike rides like new now. Not to mention the excellent customer service when I forgot something I wanted them to check out last minute after the bike was done and they pulled it back in the shop and check it out and ended up doing more work and apologized to me when I forgot to ask. Great shop great service excellent service staff thanks customer for life I will end up buying a new bike from yall when my wife finishes school and starts working again. Thanks so much the bike rode excellent guys keep up the awsome work and great customer service! 10 stars.

01/20/2015 I had my fairings and front assembly rebuilt by these guys. The mechanics were very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to talk about my bike for as long as I kept asking questions. The quality of their work is great and I was satisfied with both times I brought my bike in to be repaired. When I picked up my bike I could tell they were doing their best to make certain I was satisfied. If you bring your bike in do yourself, and the guys at the store, the favor of telling them when you want the job finished, call in to check on the progress and ask for a price quote and make certain you know what the fee will be when the bike is ready to be picked up. This will help keep the transaction smooth.

Went to the maintenance dept to have my rear tire adjusted...chain had slack on it. They denied me service because "supposedly" I was about 100 miles from needing new tires. I call BS on this one. I just put the rear tire on about 1,000 miles ago and the front tire had some "skin" deep in one of the grooves, probably from when it was originally manufactured and they called it "dry rotted". Just tell me you dont want my money or that you dont know how to do what I need! It makes zero sense to look a someone in need of a $40 service and say, "Let me try and push $300 worth of work on him." #superpissed Thats what I get for not staying loyal to Sport Cycle! Sorry Ted! #lessonlearned

Had a misunderstanding first but everything got settled and after a little disagreement employees still worked with me and overall cared for my satisfaction. This is your best bet for getting your bike worked on compared to other shops. I did the leg work and went to every shop from Hinesville to statesboro and this shop is the best for parts, service and even gear/accessories. They definitely have the best prices as far as getting tires put on and the turn around time is great as well. Open longer than everyone else even on mondays. I already did all the looking around, take my word, this shop is the best in the area. The minute you pull up youll see for yourself.

Ive utilized SE Cycles service department several times. I took my newly acquired bike to them for a safety check and to have the chain adjusted; not only was the service prompt and thorough, they took the time to explain what they were doing, and taught me (a complete newb) proper maintenance procedures. They also directed me to resources necessary for learning to perform basic repairs/adjustments on my own. I happily returned to them when it was time to have my tires replaced (which they did quickly and at a fair price). They are very knowledgable, and have encouraged my confidence in getting know my own bike. I cant recommend them enough.
