These people evidently dont want to sell a motorcycle to me. I contacted Outdoor Powerhouse a couple of weeks ago and found they had a Kawasaki Voyager, which currently lists for a little over $17000, at their location. I visited their dealership to see the bike. While there I talked to the salesman, Paul, who answered questions to the best of his ability and gave me a price before I left. A couple of days later I called and spoke to Paul. I had additional questions that I wanted answered. I gave Paul my email address and was told hed have a response to me by the end of the day. That was two weeks ago. I never received an email from Paul. After a few days with no response I called the dealership again, asking to speak to the Sales Manager. Someone named Casey took the call, listened to my complaint about not receiving the promised email, and said that he would have the information emailed to me by the end of the day. I never received an email from Casey. Im a qualified buyer with good credit asking for information on a $17000 motorcycle. I never would have thought it would be that hard to get information that could lead to the sale of a $17000 motorcycle. If I cant get sales to respond... and I guess the sales people work on commission... what would it be like trying to get service?

I will NEVER buy another bike from here. First we got a bike sold out right from under us knowing we were coming in. Came in with money in hand and _______ said it was already sold when we were there a couple of days before talking to him about it. We ended up buying a different bike. Nothing but problems since weve had it. First day we had it, it was filthy dirty underneath the plastics straight from them. we couldnt even ride it more than 10 ft. Regulator was bad. Then told us we had to leave the bike there for at least 2 weeks before part in. So Im supposed to leave my bike sitting there doing nothing but collecting dust while we wait on the part?! We only recieved one key instead of two. He tried to make us buy it but he ended up giving it to us. Now here we are on the FIRST ride with a blown rear end. Should have listened to everyone who told me Outdoor Powerhouse was crooked.

. I brought my jet ski to them since its in town and they could look at it the next day. 10 days later after multiple calls they look at it and tell me my compression is bad and itll be 600$ just to look at it. After hearing rumors of how they pick and choose on their service,(by giving ridiculous estimates forcing customers to go else where) after 130$ i figured Id get another oppinion. I did and they were wrong, my compression was fine. fuel pump was bad. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go to Lightspeed motorsports. They have the only marine certified PWC mechanic in the area. have heard same complaints about atvs.

Ill never recommend anybody to go there I recently brought my motorcycle there to get work done but it ended up flooding there almost to roof line... I went to go see the status of my motorcycle thats when I found out that they flooded out and was then told being that it was in there possession and still is as of right now they told me Im liable and responsible for all damage done to my motorcycle caused by the flooding that occurred on there premises... I should not b3 responsible for anything being that it happened on there premises yet along now in stranded with no motorcycle now and most likely will not have one

Sold me a used motorcycle in February of 2014. After my temp tag expires I find out the taxes have not been paid on the bike from Texas. They then after waiting till the last day to pay the taxes because " they were hoping the oringinal owner would pay it" they pay the taxes. They then send my listened plate after 3 months to the wrong address. Finally after about 5 months I get my plates, I turned my plates in the first day I got it and havent ridden it since. I also canceled my insurance because I couldnt ride my bike so I have a 500 dollar fine as well. Wouldnt recommend this place at all

damaged my bumper when i got my atv back, then the radiator fan mysteriously quit working. Also my plastics were hanging loose in the wheel well area. Missing a lot of the clips for the plastics. The owner defends his incompetent employees but at the end of the day will do nothing to fix his problems. It seems like there is zero quality control. Will not be going back! The most concern I received from this place was when I wrote this review. Then the owner wanted to talk to me, but he just denies, denies, denies.

Save your time & money. Place is a complete scam & when you call them out on something they make it seem like you are the problem. I wouldnt buy a nut or washer from this place. They were suppose to sell me a Can am for 13k & ended up trying to sell it to me for 14,500. Place is a joke. TRUST ME. Im doing them a favor by putting 1 star

My bike flooded in their shop and they wont cover it, even though it was in their building. If they would have called me to pick it up the day before like they said they would, I wouldnt be having this issue.
