I would agree with other reviews that this shop has a solid maintenance department, but my visit was not problem free. When I was in last year for a recall on my K1300GT, the mechanic accidentally bent a part (rear brake disk I believe), but they called me, fessed up, ordered a new part and I appreciated their honesty. Fortunately I had 3 days of business in Houston while waiting. The day I picked my bike up I decided to take the back roads home, and thats when I got scammed by Louisianas video traffic citation system. Im still fighting it a year later and am involved in a class action lawsuit over it. Google Redflex if you want to know about the scam: little towns love that free money. Anyway, the whole episode left a sour taste for me, and will cost me more in time and money than it should have.

When I go into the BMW motorcycle dealer on airline highway, I can ask any question I want I want and they always answer them. I dont own any bike yet when I get my permit, thats where I will get my bike from.
