I would only recommend servicing your bike here if you have a DEATH WISH! After buying my 2000 Yamaha 1600 from a private party, I put it in this shop to get a new rear tire and a "road safety inspection." I put the bike in the shop, and after being told to expect a call the following day, I never talked to anyone until I CALLED two weeks later to check on the status of my bike. They had still not gotten to it, but would let me know as soon as it was finished. I think I ended up getting it back around 2 weeks later. But that isnt even the reason I will never use their service department again. Remember the safety inspection? Yeah, well they told me I was good to go when I picked it up. A month or two later, after riding everyday, I brought my bike back to get an oil change. While I was waiting for the guy to tell me when it would be ready, he said, "I have some good news for ya" "There is a recall on your bike so your oil change will be free since we have to crack the case to repair the piston rod, and on and on." All this time Im kind of tuning him out because I am thinking hes just trying to up sale me, but then my attention is recaptured when he starts telling me how the recall is necessary because the transmission could seize up while going down the road, causing me to be thrown from the bike. And how I am very lucky I brought the bike in before something bad happened Thats when it dawned on me that I had just been in here a month prior for a SAFETY INSPECTION!! When called out on it, he conveniently replied, "Im not showing any record of you being here before Mr. Hargroder."...Aint that some customer service for ya?.. I wont even get in to the half-a** rear tire change they gave me...I Strongly Recommend You Stay Away!!

Bought a brand new EBR back in 2014. It got ran over in a parking lot a few months after I bought it and went back to G.N. Gonzales for service. They had the bike for MONTHS to replace front forks, left side plastics, right side plastics, front brake cooler, left pegs, clutch lever, and a low fuel light always being on. I got the bike back long after they told me it would be completed. When I got it home they didnt even replace the right side plastics that were damaged and the fuel light was still on. I set up another time to drop off the bike and they called the insurance to make an amendment. They said it would be done in 2 weeks which was perfect since I was going on vacation. I came back and it was another month before I got to pick it up. I got home and again the light was still on and the plastics were never replaced! Trying to get them to call you back and get any information from them is next to impossible! Last week I went somewhere else to do some work on it and the original plastics underneath were never replaced! They have multiple broken pieces and instead of replacing the parts that I assume they got paid for by the insurance company they tried to hide it. I tried for going on 2 weeks to get them to send me my work orders and parts ordered to no avail. Thomas in parts told me the GM was supposed to email it to me because once its completed they cant access it with their new system. I only Gave them a 2 start because there is a great employee there who told me that I shouldnt bring my bike back for service there if anything else happens last time I picked it up. Disappointed that something so simple as letting me see what parts were ordered for MY bike both times it was in for service cant be completed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have to agree with all these other reviews, too bad I didnt read them before I purchased my scooter earlier this year. I got a 2009 Yamaha Zuma from them at 0 miles (brand new) and I bought the scooter for the price on the tag. No bargaining apparently, since I needed it for college I purchased it. Now after a few months I start experiencing problems with the brakes right before summer break. Since I wasnt here over the summer I brought it in with my dad to get it fixed. They said that it "should" still be under warranty. However, three weeks later after calling them several times to check the status of the repair they say its finally fixed (very tough to contact the service department). I go there expecting to just pick it up and bring it back to my place. Instead they say I have to pay 55 dollars because it has "over 900 miles on it". Like where did they get that number from? Very frustrated with them I just pay them so I can get out of the place. I relied on this scooter for transportation for school and they dont care at all! I never plan on coming back to this place and I WOULDT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Worst experience ever. I plan on going somewhere else to get this scooter serviced. BAD INVENTORY, BAD SERVICE, JUST HORRIBLE OVER ALL. Google forced me to give them 1 star. I wish they had an option to give negative stars. They dont deserve any stars. How they are still in business right now still boggles my mind.

Horrible customer service! Stay away!!! Turned in my bike near the end of June, and it wasn’t ready until middle of August. Took them close to one and half months to clean and install a carburetor that normally takes 5 hours max!!! I believe they put other bikes in front of mine but I was patient with them because the service worker was very helpful. When I went to pick up my bike they told me my fairings were lost. The manager was very loud and hostile and was not reasonable at all. He offered to take 20% of the fairings the lost, and he wouldnt even apologize for the extra-long time they needed to fix my bike. I felt disrespected by that offer and the lack of service I received. After intense arguing I paid my full balance and left missing 2 fairings just to get out of the situation. Next time I will go to the motorcycle shop on airline, it might be further out from my location but I cannot see myself returning to this shop. I have never received this level of awful service and disregard. Remodeling the cosmetic look of a shop is useless if you treat your customers this bad.

These people evidently dont want to sell a motorcycle to me. From their website I sent an email request for information on the Kawasaki Voyager, current listing for a little over $17,000. After a week I had no response. I went in to the dealership to get the information I needed. While there, I spoke to Chuck... the Operations Manager according to his business card. I told him about the email request and lack of response. I told him that if he wanted to sell a motorcycle to me hed have someone respond to my initial request. Chuck told me hed make it happen. He didnt. Im a qualified buyer with good credit asking for information on a $17000 motorcycle. After approximately one month I still havent received an e-mail response from G. N. Gonzales despite talking directly to their Operations Manager. If I cant get sales to respond... and I guess the sales people work on commission... what would it be like trying to get service?
