Staff are not friendly or helpful here in Buford all 3 times in 3 months I went to sell my clothes. The 5 employees I dealt with on 3 different occasions were unfriendly and snooty. They were pretty close to being rude. They treated other customers with lack luster as well. Other reviews on yelp say same thing. I dont understand why owner does not address this issue with staff or maybe owner might be overbearing and irrational to staff and procedures. Lack of etiquette from staff may stem from the boss. I have been to many similar stores where they treat customers with smiles, enthusiasm, and respect that they were trained for but not here. It felt like I was bothering them to do their job by giving them more work. Also, the cash they offered for buying only 5% of my spectacular brand clothes were very, very low compared to the competition even though they were new. Only good thing I can say is that they have a nice looking store. I took my clothes elsewhere where they were happy to buy and got more money too. I am mainly not going back because of the bad service I received (maybe because I am not white). This area demographic is predominantly upper middle class caucasian. Little do they know that I am a doctor.

This shop is ran like a high school clique. All 5 employees are snooty and have horrible customer service skills and manners. Tried to return a purse I purchased not even 5 minutes after (the scratches were more visible in actual lighting as opposed to the store lighting where you really cant see the marks) and they are saying I cant return the item when I literally just walked out the door. Instead they offered to buy it off me for $25 dollars. Deceitful and completely ridiculous. Instead of standing in groups talking trash about your customers, how about yall do you job and explain to the customers about return policies when they are purchasing the item like all clothing companies do. Corporate office needs to do an employee screening on this location.

Most amazing customer service!! I was helped by Brianna. I brought in about 60 designer items, which all had to be authenticated and then looked up to price them. She was very quick, extremely knowledgable about all of the items I brought in, she gave me terrific prices for my items, and she she did all of this with a smile and never once complained about all of the work that had to be put into my buy. I will definitely return. If youre looking for great prices/deals with awesome customer service from the employees, go to Clothes Mentor Buford!! Youll be happy you did.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I took a wide variety of over 40 items, all name brands, (Anne Taylor, Talbots, Calvin Klein, Chaps, Anne Klein, etc.), all in excellent condition and no more than a couple years old. They offered me $5.48 for 2 items. I wouldnt have been so put off, but as I looked around at what they did take, it was obvious they were in desperate need of some decent stuff. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience at Clothes Mentor! They have a huge variety of fashionable adult, business and casual style clothes to choose from. The prices were very affordable and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I hadnt intended on purchasing anything there and ended up buying several items that Id found and couldnt pass up!

Not what I expected. Took a lot of 9west shoes that looked quite good.but not what they wanted even though it was on their list. The only things they too was.2 Coach purses I had for $25.00. I have to say they cost $250 a piece. But these place are.not what they portrait they are not what you expect

They have clothes and shoes for women of all shapes and sizes, their location is easily accessible from the Mall of Georgia and they are rarely too crowded for fun shopping. Clearance sales right after Christmas are the best bang for your buck, but everything is reasonably priced.

Owner needs to make a HUGE change in staff if they would like to keep this business open. Rude, Disrespectful, and stuck up. mainly calling out SARAH, will be taking this further. I have never been into an establishment where Ive felt more of a burden than a customer.

Staff is very nice but what they offer you for high end items is awful. I know they cant give you full amount but at least more than 40 bucks for 900 shoes

This place is organized for what it is - everything was at least 25% off, and its all womens professional wear for awesome prices. Will definitely return.
