The women that work at this particular store are very rude, unaccomplished, and unaccommodating. They fault the customer when they mislabel merchandise then have the nerve to be rude about it. I picked up an item labeled $40 but when arriving at the register the associate Vernoica tried to charge me $200. I showed her the price sicker that clearly said $40 but she didnt care.The worst is the store manager; she made me drive two hours out of my way back to the store the next day only to say she wouldnt help me with a smile. The absolute worst store manager of all time whos fake demoneor is insulting enough frankly. I wonder where they found such an unkind, rude, manipulative woman to run this business. Ive never felt so unwelcome in the mist sheer gross incompetence. Unfortunately, Nordstroms quality and service seems to keep going down hill. If your associates make errors doing their job it shouldnt be shuffled off on the customer. Additionally, if that customer goes through the proper channels to voice the horrendous treatment they are receiving when trying to shop in your stores it shouldnt be met with retaliation against them by giving them a horrible shopping experience every time They enter your establishment intentionally. Honestly, I feel like this store in Buford, GA needs all new associates because the people working there are truly horrible. Its disgraceful.

Horrible. I ordered 6 items on line for Christmas on December 8 to make sure I would have everything before the holiday. On December 13, I received an email stating that one of my items was not available, and was getting a refund for it. One down, and it took 5 days to know. Then I get a confirmation December 14th, one of my other items was not on the confirmation, so I called customer service. The girl told me it was not shipped with the other items, but assured me they were IN STOCK, and should be shipping soon. December 15th I get the email...The item I just asked about yesterday, the most important item in the whole order, is not available, and I got a refund for it. Back to the drawing board! I now do NOT have time to order from somewhere else and get it in time and I will now have to fight the crowds-will NEVER shop with them again. It takes less time to receive things from China than Nordstrom, and you dont even get what is ordered!!!!!

I had terrible experience on 10/31 around 4:00 pm. The cashier I encountered had a very bad attitude and extremely rude. I felt so belittled and stereotyped I even asked for her name, she boldly refused to give her name to me. I can best describe her as a thin white blonde about 5ft tall in her late forties. I was absolutely horrified and shocked to have been treated by this sales consultant in such a immature and unprofessional manner, or lack of. Nordstrom needs to review their customer service policies and training. In my opinion, they should reprimand her or fire her before her actions turn away any more loyal customers.

You get lucky finding some good designer clothes. But one thing, yall need to fire this one African Black Man with glasses that work there. I dont know this rude man name but all I can say is he hangs by the men department section constantly being rude to all the customers. One day I wanted to try on some True Religion Jeans & this African man literally said to me rude that I shouldnt try it on cause I cant "afford it" But seriously, that one African worker with the glasses needs to be fired asap cause I seen every customer he encountered that he treated them all rude.

I had the pleasure of working as a seasonal employee there last winter. I think it goes a long way when I can say I had a very positive experience working there. I would like to thank Jeff Day and the entire staff for their truly outstanding experience on both sides of the sales counter. Its one thing to treat customers with respect, but truly paramount to show such service to all who enter those doors.

This was my first visit to Nordstrom Rack, and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are extremely reasonable, but sometimes you may be able to find a better deal. The quality of the items are unbeatable though. If youre looking for name brand items for a much cheaper price than most retailers, this is a wonderful store for you.

From the moment I walked in I felt unwanted. I asked the lady who I assumed was a greeter a question about where to find something and she barked out "Ask them" pointing to a general area. Once I walked by her all eyes were on me as if I was going to shoplift....I left after a few minutes...took my money elsewhere

Saw Star Trek and it was awesome in IMAX!! Agree with the other reviewer, seats suck!!!! Too narrow, non reclining or rocking, armrests are not able to move out of the way. All the other theaters at Regal Mall of Georgia have these features, just the IMAX does not.

Outstanding Store, from the time you enter the door your greeted by a warm fuzzy feeling that invites you in to explore every inch of it. Layout is truly key to the success of large retail chains in a Mall setting and Nordstrom did their homework. Well Done

I really like Nordstrom Rack but I dont like when they are busy they have people watching your every move with loss prevention plastered on their shirts. Its a nice store in a nice area and its a shame it had come to that!

This used to be a good theatre to go to. came in to see a movie and the floors and theatres are dirty and the food and drink sucks. And 11 dollars a ticket? Yah of rather give my money to amc at discover mills

Prices are discounted, sometimes even lower at the register. Ive managed to find something great on nearly every visit. If you see it, buy it. Items may not wait for you to come back.
