I have never experienced worst customer service in any store I have ever been in. The employees are disrespectful and show zero interest in helping customers. I was never greeted & 2 employees continued to talk about what they were eating on their break instead of checking out the long line of customers. Even after someone finally checked me out they continued to talk instead of being proactive and actually doing their jobs. It makes me never want to shop at old navy again.

So yet again I have tried to exchange something only to find out it couldnt be done. The items were bought online and I thought I could exchange it in the store since I had the receipt. But no it couldnt. Other stores let you do this. Please change your policy Old Navy.
