This store has more variety than surrounding Belk stores, but I have recently been disappointed with my Bridal Registry and the home furnishings department. No complaints with womens clothing or shoes, but almost all items I have registered for are either "out of stock" or "specialty item, see store associate". When questioned in-store, one of the staff members was very rude about an item of which I registered and even smirked about the item to a bridal shower guest that was trying to purchase it for me. I will continue to purchase attire from this location but wish I had gone with another retailer for my registry.

I wish I could give it no stars but since I cant one will do. Worst customer service ever my children and I walked in to check out the Michael Kors watches we stood there 5-7 minutes before someone walked up to ask if we need help. Oh did I mention their were 3 workers standing no more the 10 feet from us. Having a conversation and two walked past like we werent even standing there. Sorry belks you have lost my business. I will be unsubscribed from your emails also. Thanks but no thanks.

Nice store, cosmetic clerk was rude, merchandise disheveled, no clerk y o help you find things. Only one register open in womens and several in line. Seems clerk is only there to take money.
