This place is horrible. Dennis will cut off all your hair do not trust these people. They will ruin your hair and make you look like an old women. Dennis cut off all of my hair I have been trying to go out even after I said I wanted a small trim as I was growing out my hair. He also cut off most of the expensive highlights I just paid for the month before. He gave me a reverse Bob but didnt even do it correctly. This is the worst experience ever. I am trying to grow out my hair for my wedding and JC Penny has guaranteed it will not be the right length I need. These people are ass holes and still demand their money after ruining my hair. Crying into my phone I have no idea what to do but wish I had a time machine.

I called ahead and had the associate reserve two shirts for me. I drove all the way down to the store when I got there they told me that they couldnt find the shirts that they told me they were holding for me. They never took any contact information to let me know that the items I had asked to be held for me were not available.

This might be the best JC Penney near the Detroit metro area! I have been to the one in Dearborn. Its OK and much bigger. Ive been to the one in Taylor. Its pretty nice. But the one in Ann Arbor is by far the absolute best as far as customer service and atmosphere. It just feels better.

Ive always loved Penneys. I go there regularly to see whatever I can find on clearance because sometimes they have really good deals, and I can find plenty of clothes for me and my kids. Theyre always good to take my returns, and I love getting their coupons and discounts.

Parnel at the Salon always goes above and beyond in customer service, making my insecure 14 year old feel like a rock star... plus hes a fantastic stylist! Always does a great job with cuts and color! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! We love this place!

DO NOT USE THIS SALON. Their communication about pricing is inadequate. I got a different stylist than the one I made an appointment with. I was overcharged, and had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.
