I called in today to check the availability of an item. I had the name of it, the size, and brand. When I got ahold of the department I was calling for, the women was already annoyed and I hadnt even said anything yet. When I described what it was she huffed and said "do you got a number for the item? Or brand? Theres a lot of stuff here." I told her the brand and she huffed again. I could practically feel her eyes roll. The tone of her voice wasnt friendly and she acted like I was a huge inconvenience. So I hung up. I didnt mind waiting the fifteen minutes it took for her to answer the call because I understand that things get busy and you cant get to the phone right away. But I work in customer service too and the only thing that makes things run smoothly is if youre kind and patient to your customers. She wasnt and I am dissapointed in the experience. Target, despite all of the hacks, has always been a nice place to shop. I will continue to shop here because Ive always had a good experience with everybody else in the store. Ive never reviewed any store because I always make sure to give people the benefit of the doubt but she was unnecessarily disrespectful.

Very poor service all around, the staff is treated horribly, I was there black Friday night while one employee was being extremely rude to a customer. that is just unprofessional and horrible customer service. also I tried returning a few items I had purchased earlier in the week and they told me I could not return the item even though I had the receipt and the card it was purchased on!!! Ill take my business to a different target because this one is ran by a bunch of kids and has no guidance at all it seems. do yourself a favor and shop at the Hartland store, or Meijer right down the road. I feel horrible for anyone who works there, and I hope that target will correct the issues with this store soon!

Target as a corporation abuse their low level retail employees in my opinion. They pay them among the lowest of all companies. They play around with peoples hours so theyre basically all part time employees that they need not pay as much and have no benefits but then want your availability to be open for them all the time. Theyre just a horrible place to work. Look into them and if you care about anyone other then yourself youll see theyre a place you should reconsider shopping at. I actually like target looks/style and prices are fair but they really have much to do employee wise.

You cant return anything at Target on the same day of purchase even if you have the card you used for the sale. Also, I was treated rudely by staff while trying to return above item, then electric staff were very dismissive and rude when I sought recompense from their department. Also very Orson Wells as II was asked by a electronic employee, while buying an iPad mini and a Xbox 360 controller if I had access to the internet! Duh! What is this year? 1994? I dont need Target. Plenty of other stores where I can get items I need AND treated with courtesy.

I understand that Christmas is a busy time however we as adults are capable of choosing a line and dont need to be told by some guy that we need to stand in one giant line when we only have a couple items and everyone in the line has a cart full. Self-check out for less then 10 items should be a seperate line. Your asspciate and your line policy just lost you a customer year round. Christmas shouldnt be about rudeness.

The staff isnt very helpful. I have often asked for help and they just tell me what aisle or section its in instead of taking me & showing me. I wouldnt have come for help if I hadnt already looked for it. Im also not comfortable going to the bathroom there because of their bathroom policy. I always end up using the "family" bathroom and I feel bad if I tie it up & a family needs it.

I bought a Naked smoothie for a friend, they drank it and felt funny. IT EXPIRED 3 MONTHS AGO AND WAS STILL ON THE SHELF!! Very upset a store isnt paying attention to expiration dates. IF YOU BUY FOOD FROM BRIGHTON TARGET CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE.

Our cashier Megan processed our order even after she turned off her light, we had a bit of a complicated order due to a baby registry gift, she was patient and very helpful and then said "Have a nice day." GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Manager was beyond ignorant to my mother and myself. She was raising her voice to my mother and made my 4 month old cry. I thought managers were supposed to be respectful and calm. I hope she loses her job!

Couldnt find any plus sizes in shorts. Looked all over 4 pillow cases for sofas 30 minutes later I realize they dont carry them, tried to look for help for 30 to 40 minutes couldnt find anyone to help.

Not a bad target. Some of the staff seem to be wandering around not doing much to help the customers. We found everything we needed and the prices werent bad. Would visit again in a pinch.

Brian C. in the electronics department was great! He was knowledgeable and very helpful in solving our issues. We recommend him if you are looking for a phone or that sort of thing.

Love shopping at Target. Its like my "candy Store" or "toy store" ! I ALWAYS shop the dollar section....sometimes thats the only spot I go through! I always find such great deals!!

Same as any target. You get exactly what you are expecting. The layout of the store bothers me sometimes. They need an easier way to cut straight through the middle.

Busy place but has good parking. Is pretty much like every target. Only tricky part is how to get in and out of the shopping center.

I need a scooter to shop and they are never charged and very bulky to use. Workers dont know their sales... either do the registers.
