Today I Went And Bought My Very First Car And Believe Me I Was So Nervous Walking In . When I First Walked In, TJ That I Believe Is A Service Rep, Was Off The Back Very Genuine And Nice . He Was Welcoming, Letting Me Know That I Could Help Myself To Anything In The Waiting Area. That Was Very Inviting And Kind Of Calmed Me Down . My Sales Rep, Kelvin, Was Helpful Through The Whole Process . He Made Sure Ize Knew Exactly Want I Wanted Out Of This Experience And We Were All On The Same Page Since The Moment THEY ASKED ME What I Wanted The Outcome To Be . Of Course I Thought Responsibly Considering The Fact That I Am A First Time Buyer And I Was By Myself, Although Ive Been Doing My Research Of Car Buying For About A Year Now . Nevertheless, They Knew My Motive And Never Not Once Did I Feel Stressed Or Feel Like I Was Being Taken Advantage Of . Kelvin And Ize Were Very Honest And Open About The Cost Of The Car And What The Vehicle And Finance Included. Btw, They Have Great Warranties For Your Vehicle ! Everyone Was Very Friendly, Even If They Werent My Sales Rep. Lol They Introduced Themselves And Actually Held A Convo And Showed Concern Of My Needs To Make Sure I Would Walk Out Happy ! I Didnt Feel Like They Were Pitching A Scam Or Trying To Get Me To Pay Extra Fees. Best Advice Is To Do Your Application Online Before You Go. Helps Them Out A Lot . All I Had To Bring Was My DL, Paystubs And My Down Payment That I Was Quoted Online. They Honor What They Say. They Got Along Very Well Which Made It Wayyy More Easier To Talk To And Trust Them With Putting Me In The Right Car. Ive Always Heard Of Some People Taking A Couple Days Process To Get Their Car. It Took My A Few Hours And I Walked Out Paying Drive Time Only My Down Payment (That I Was Quoted Online) And I Had To Get Insurance Because I Didnt Have Any And A 2013 Hyundai Elantra ! I Love My Car And I Must Say Kelvin, Ize, And I Cant Remember The Other Sales Reps Names But They ALL Made My First Time Buying EASY, FUN AND STRESS FREE . Thank You Team Of Owings Mills ❤️

Ive known for some time I have TERRIBLE credit, but after seeing the commercials for DriveTime I figured to give it a shot. Once I was approved, I thought I would be hounded by obnoxious sales reps. My Sales rep, Britney, was by far the most helpful, NON OBNOXIOUS rep ever. :) I told her up front what I can afford, what I had to work with in terms of a down payment, and what I like. She sent numerous email of cars with options I would like, and actually listened to my hesitations and things I dont like in a vehicle. She was always attentive, quick to respond whether via email or phone, and if she didnt have an answer, she was honest about it and would promptly get back to me with one. This is how car buying should be for those of us who are limited with our financing options.

I went with my daughter to purchase a car. We came in to buy a car and drive off with a car. RASHIDA was excellent. She made sure we were both comfortable. Unlike conventional car dealers she was told the price that she was approved for and given the appoximate monthly pymt based credit sckre and downpayment. Because she had done her research she was prepared. I had coffe and popcorn would rather have coffee and donuts. She knew what brand and model of csr she wanted so Rashida pointed them out and she test drove . Only draw back process is lkng about 3 1/2 hrs but i eas offered coffe and popvorn..rather have donuts....if you are looking for a car check your credit score snd before you sign...check out Drivetime..incentives are great and so is warrsnty period.

I purchased a car from Drive time in owings mills md, on 3.18.16 on 3.25.16 i was calling in because I heard noises, my sterring wheel vibration, clicking & grinding noises!!! then I was referred to silver Rock my extended warranty company so I had to call around and find places that would accept the extended warranty and then when I finally got an appointment I took the car in and I found out that the car had a BAD RIM and the two back tires were bad!!!! only owning the car for 2 weeks!!! not happy very dissatisfied. i will say my sales man ANTWAN MARTIN was very VERY professional & helpful, i didnt feel rushed or pushed in to anything. he was also very kind to my 5yr old child!! Mr.Martin gets 5 stars but im disappointed in drive time.

I had a wonderful, stress free experience at Drive Time Owings Mills. I worked with Antoine and TJ. They were both friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. If it wasnt for my insurance taking forever I would have been in and out within an hour ! Highly recommend Drive Time to anyone trying to rebuild. I went to 2 other dealerships and they wanted a huge deposit and the monthly note would have been sky high. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU DRIVE TIME

First time at this establishment. Soon as I walked in everyone was friendly and willing to help. Even my 8 year old daughter enjoyed the experience. I want to personally thank Kelvin Saunders, TJ , and Brittanee. Although it was bust throughout the evening the staff still was patient and professional. I love the attitudes when I walked through the door and it remained the same as I left. Thank you Guys for all the help.

Awesome car buying experience! Rashida took the time to find out what I wanted, what I was comfortable paying and making sure I was satisfied. The management is very open and honest which I appreciated to the upmost. I went to 3 dealerships before saying "lets give it a whirl" I should have came here 1st. I will definitely be back when Im ready to purchase another car. . And my approval online was exactly what I paid!

What they tell you online about you are approve is absolutely true. They keep there word and make you feel so welcome at the Owings Mills location. Britney is awesome. She was working so hard with four customers all at the same time and we all left as satisfied customers. She makes you want to refer everyone to Drive Time and more specifically her. Me and my husband bought a car from drivetime. First we bought a volester and I was unhappy with it so I took it back within the 5 days they allow you to return and got a Dodge Dart instead. Weve had the dart for maybe 2-3 months and were happy. Our brother went and recently got a car also and hes happy. Tj is very nice and professional. He was a joy to work with.
