Worst experience ever!!!! Too bad 0 stars is not an option, because honestly they deserve negative 5 stars after what they put me through. I came across one of their auto trader ads for the car I was looking for (2006 BMW 330i with only 62k miles). I called to inquire on the car and ended up speaking with Kasey. I asked probing questions about the condition of the car, both cosmetically and mechanically. Kasey seemed offended and kept reciting over and over that he has been in business for 25 years, and that im going to be very impressed with the vehicle if i see it in person. I ended up putting a deposit on the vehicle, so they can hold it for me, as my plan was to fly up to Maryland and drive the car back home to Atlanta, GA. I urged kasey to make abosolutely sure the vehicle was ready to hit the road and to make sure that there is nothing wrong with it, as I dont want and cant afford any surprises. I also specifically asked what kind of condition the tires and wheels were in, and he assured me that the tires were in good condition and road worthy, and that if they werent the vehicle would not have passed state inspection. As to the wheels, he said that only two of them had very minor damage on them, and agreed to knock $200 off the price. Again he kept reciting that they have been in business for 25 years, they always do right by their customers, and that I had nothing to worry about! Kasey assured me that the vehicle would undergo a thorough mechanical inspection and that it will be ready for my 750 mile drive back home when I pick it up. He also assured me that I am going to be "very impressed" when I arrive, which did put my mind at ease. I ended up booking a flight to Baltimore, MD for the following week, which cost me $250. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Kasey pulled the BMW to the front, and after inspecting it, it became very evident that he vehicle was not in the condition it was advertised and described to me. It had a slough of paint defects and dings all over it, the rear bumper had accident damage on it along with a few punctures in it, all 4 wheels were badly rashes and damaged, and the front right tire was so badly dry rotted that the sidewall was separating front the tread all around the tire, and it was badly worn out (major safety issue, which would easily result in a tire blowout at highway speeds!!!). I brought that to kaseys attention and expressed my utter disappointment, and his response was "keep in mind that this car has been on the road for 11 years..." he also stated that he did not even notice the badly degraded and unsafe tire. I Responded that the vehicle was supposed to have undergone a thorough safety and mechanical inspection prior to my arrival, and asked him how something so obvious was overlooked? At that point it became apparent to me that he has been blowing smoke this whole time. Despite all that, I went ahead and took the car out on a test drive. Upon engaging the clutch and driving off, it was obvious that the clutch was significantly worn out based on the grabbing point. The next thing I noticed was that the suspension was shot, and the catalytic converter was rattling. After driving the car for a couple of miles, the transmission started slipping. At that point, I was livid!!! And felt cheated and like i had been taken for a fool! I made my way back to the dealership and brought everything to KASEYS attention. His response was that there was nothing wrong with the clutch as his mechanic had driven it yesterday. His mechanic then took it out for a spin and confirmed the transmission is slipping and needs a new clutch. At that point I told Kasey Im walking away and expressed my utter disappointment and how much his dishonesty cost me.. Long story short, I was stranded 750 miles away from home, I had to get an uber back to the airport, it was 9 pm at that point, and he didnt even offer me. A ride to the airport, (least he couldve done. The next flight to Atlanta, was not until 6 am, so I ended up spending the night at the airport and I was out $750!!!!

First Class Experience with Owings Mills Motor Cars & the Owner Kasey. My Wife & I purchased our Car last month & without any pressure, friendly atmosphere & 24 years in the business with both Kasey & his brother. I have never purchased a Mercedes from any dealer other than a Mercedes Dealership so I was cautious that maybe we were missing something. The car we found there (and subsequently bought) was super clean, low mileage, priced best in the market & needless to say, I was looking for a flaw but in simply couldnt find one. I went back to the dealership a week later due to my schedule & when buying it I took it to a mercedes dealership for a pre purchase inspection & what I learned next was a game changer. The Mercedes Dealerships Master Mechanic that specializes in the type of Benz I bought, came out after & said that this was the cleanest car hes ever seen that wasnt on thier showroom floor. Needless to say I was even more thrilled with my decision to purchase from Kasey & Owings Mills Motor Cars. Thank you Kasey for a wonderful experience & I look forward to buying my sons car from you when hes ready. Folks, do yourself a favor & stop by to see Kasey, Im sure youll find your next car & a place to come to for the one after that.

I recently went here about 2 weeks ago to look at an Altima that I was interested in. Upon my arrival I noticed that the salesman was on the phone. When we pulled in ,we realized that we couldnt go completely through. No problem, we backed out and out comes the salesman asking what are you trying to do. Needless to say he looked like we had interrupted his phone call. Once he told us how to get out we were going to leave. But I said no lets see what the car looks like. As I got out and told him that I was interested in the car, he told the person on the phone hold on, went and got the keys gave me the keys and went back to his phone call. At that moment, I knew this guy had no interest in making a sale. I looked at the car, didnt like how it looked on the inside and decided no. The sad part is,they had a Range Rover their that I was also interested in. If the sales person had taken the time to acknowledge me, I more than likely wouldve gotten the truck. Terrible customer service. I wound up getting a car from the dealership across the street.

Kasey and his brother Mir were most helpful for me during a difficult time. My parents are in the military and stationed in California while I am living in Balimore just graduated college. Kasey worked with my dad on the west coast to find me a super reliable car for a price that I could afford with their help. I got a 2003 grey bmw 325X for $6500 and it had 90,000 miles on it. I traded in my last BMW which had just reached 265,000. The car was in excellent shape, they let me drive it and check it out as long as I wanted, take pictures and send them to my parents in CA. I just got the car yesterday and kasey was super helpful in letting me keep my old bmw with them until I transfer title to sell it. This was my first car buying experience and I really appreciate them being so supportive and going above and beyond what was expected. It is hard not having family close by so they treated me like family. Very pleased and love my new car!
