This is the sketchiest dealership I have ever been to. I am really wishing I never came here, but I was in a tight bind at that time. 6 months later(now) and they still have all my paperwork messed up, with wrong addresses, yes they gave me 3 different addresses, misspelled my name as well. I paid for an extended power train warranty and the car I got from them has a bad head gasket and it is clearly covered under the warranty and yet they want to argue, fight with me over it. I have made a bad decision going to Selinsgrove Ford.

My buying experience with Tom Badman and Todd Benner at Selinsgrove Motors was Excellent. I got a really Great deal on my 2005 Avalon that is in excellent condition. And, I never felt pressured to buy the car. I noticed that after I purchased this car that they had changed the oil and even inspected it for me. Which tells me; that they really go over the cars to make sure that everything is in good working condition. I would recommend them to anyone and would buy a car from them again.

Ive made to purchases through this company and both times I left feeling completely ripped over. Ill never buy from this dealership again. Plus I took one of my older cars over to get inspected and they failed it and gave me a list of things wrong with it and a BIG bill to fix it instead I took it to Sunbury and it passed with flying colors, not a single thing wrong. To any future buyers of recommend staying far away from this company.

Selinsgrove Ford is a true gem! They are professionals but havent lost that small town, take care of anything you need feel! Buying, selling or servicing a vehicle is so simple with these guys. They know your name, they know your car and they know how to take care of you. Any problems are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner the first time. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

This dealership was excellent overall - they were quick to reply to my requests for digital copies of window stickers and offered a no-hassle experience. They offered a MUCH better deal than local competitors without any haggling or games. The purchasing process and paperwork were quick and painless and they didnt try to sell me unnecessary extras. Very friendly, family owned, dealership with a long history in Selinsgrove PA. I wanted to experiment with doing 360 degree Street View photos of the interior of new model vehicles and they were nice enough to let me do the experiment on a couple of their cars. I really like the result as I think consumers will find it useful when shopping for a new car.

Its a little difficult to pull in and park but other than that staff could have been friendlier. Seemed kind of hostile when I walked in. One in the parking lot was glowering. Was asked to find a seat some place and was ignored until another gentleman finally noticed no one helped us.
