Absolutely the most skeevy and unreliable service department ever. Their $15 oil change is really $30 They will bring you your air filter with a few hairballs piled on it and tell you you need a new one. When you say okay, theyll charge you $30 for labor on the air filter. They tried to charge me $179 to change a bulb in my headlights. They said they had to take the bumper off to change the headlight. In reality, its a 5 minute job from inside the frame of the vehicle. They replaced a mirror on my car with the wrong (much cheaper) mirror and it didnt match the one on the passenger side. If you request that they just review the issue, and then let you schedule an appointment to drop the car off for repair, they will spend 2.5 hours playing around your vehicle (all of them, including the receptionists), and then when you complain, they will finally give you your keys to go. When you get your car back from repair, you will have to take it back at least one more times before they get the door panel back on correctly. Which means, they actually put the panel on, didnt care that it didnt snap into place, and they returned the car back to me knowing that the panel was not secured. When you complain about their service, nobody will call you or email you back. They treat women like they are stupid, and try to take complete advantage of them when it comes to repairs they say need to be done. I wouldnt be surprised if they damaged a vehicle on purpose in order to get more business and make more money off of you. Or worse, damaged it on purpose and let you drive off the lot to be left stranded at some point. When you go in for the FIFTH time to get the exact same thing repaired (because they didnt do it correctly), they will try to belittle you about the repair stating they wouldnt have even noticed had it been their car. They do not care how much of your time they are consuming with their crappy work ethic. If I didnt have a 3 month warranty and we owe YOU ticket for the service, I would NEVER bring my car to Mike Dumans for service. They are HORRIBLE!!!!! However, their sales department is awesome, and their used car selection is outstanding. That I will say for them.

My sales rep was Mr. Mervis Knight ( a 5-star rep). The entire staff who helped me were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Mervis has a great personality and offered helpful advice without undue pressure. However, with all the outstanding service that the sales reps provided I have one complaint towards the service department (they cost you 2-stars Mike Duman). Granted I purchased a 2014 vehicle and some wear and tear is expected I except that. Heres the problem: The service department had my vehicle for the whole day for inspection (because it was used and they just got the vehicle in) prior to me picking it up. So I was rather disappointed when my wife and I got home and she told me that the brakes were making a funny sound (they were rubbing against the rotors very noticeably). I explained to Mervis upon purchasing the vehicle that it was to better accommodate my wife and three grand-daughters. So I look at like this, if the service department is willing to turn a blind eye on an important safety feature at the risk of potentially endangering my family than I dont need their service. The sound of the vehicle can be heard immediately after applying the brakes so I am sure that it could be heard prior to taking it into the maintenance bay. Even if I had to pay for the replacement of the brakes I would have done so to protect my family but the mechanic never even mentioned anything was wrong with the brake pads. Ill make sure to have my vehicle serviced at a reputable dealer from now on. As far as anyone else using the service department I would highly recommend that you check over their work prior to driving off the dealers lot. Again, GREAT sales reps! Service department needs some tuning up before I ever entrust my vehicle to them again. Gene

I just want to share my recent experience with Mike Dumnan Auto Sales. I first found a nice sports car on Autotrader listed by this dealership and I gave them a call. I originally spoke to salesperson named Justin Harrington who was extremely motivated, polite, eager and professional. Mr. Harrington told me he wouldnt be working when my girlfriend and I came to the dealership, but he would have me all setup with his assistant which was Lynda who was very nice. We arrived spoke with Lynda and she advised she would have us work with a salesman named Mr. Angelo. At first we had to give the details again because he was unfamiliar with the details from what Justin and I spoke about, but it didnt take him long to start the paper trail working a deal for my girlfriend. Keep in mind we had already been to several dealerships where some dealers only cared about their commission and not taking the time to listen what we needed. Mr. Angelo was calm, patient, polite, understanding, professional, and probably one of the best salesman Ive seen by far. Not to mention Mr. Dunman himself and his son Aaron for making the deal happen as well. I just want to say this car dealership overall takes much pride and joy to find you the best vehicle and its not just about selling a car to them, its about making you (The buyer) happy with your purchase. I highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Mike Dunman Auto Sales. If Mr. Angelo isnt busy request him and hell get you where you need to be, Thanks AGAIN! to all who were involved. I bought my car on October 24th, and I just love this place. My process was quick and simple, the easiest ever. I thought I was going to have problems because of my credit score, but they were able to still find someone to finance me. I went online filled out the application, I was contacted a few minutes later by Justin in finance. Justin was very friendly and nice. I was delighted to have met him. When I got to the dealership it was an hour til close, Bobby Kinsey (Salesman) and Justin (finance) was great with helping me find the cars I wanted see. I was not pushed to look at anything past my set budget and these guys were great about everything. Aaron (finance manager), former veteran as am I), was also great. He worked his magic for me to get me as close as possible to my spending limit, which I really appreciated. I recommend everyone to shop here for their car. When I am ready to upgrade on my Escalade I will be going back Bobby Kinsey. I have to absolutely say that Bobby Kinsey (salesman) went above and beyond to help me and he is very informative and knows his job well. Guys I appreciate all your hard work and you all deserve a paid day off :-) Keep up the good work. If you want an easy process, tell these guys I (Denise), referred you to them. They will definitely take care of you in a quick and timely fashion. Ask for Justin for your finance needs, Bobby Kinsey my great salesman and Aaron the finance manager. They will definitely look out for you when you get there.
