Terrible customer service. They wont help you with color prints and will force you to use their outrageously expensive computer printing service which charges 25 cents per minute! On top of that you still have to pay full price to even print from their machine, failed print or not. They did not help us figure out how to use their computer service making us spend MORE money wasting our time. I will not recommend this location for anything other then huge poster prints or simple black and white photocopying.

I had an oversize project printed this week and was able to order it via email. The people I spoke with were all very polite and quick to respond. They originally misinterpreted my request but were very quick to correct it and replaced my prints. Ive picked up packages here in the past as well and had nothing but good experiences.

Very bad customer service. The lunch time customer management was horrible. There was one person managing aroungd 8-9 customers. Huge waiting time. The agent at the counter a bald middle aged short guy was pathetic. He did not know half the options that Fedex provided (realized later).

This place was extremely vital for when we were doing all the design work for our wedding invites, table cards, name cards, etc. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed to do to get what we wanted. We saved a lot of time and money by using their services.
