Theyre always courteous and helpful when I go there. I was recently particularly impressed when I was attempting to package some bookshelf speakers for shipment to my sister in Indianapolis. But they described how they could do all that for me and that it would be delivered in about 4 days. And the cost was reasonable. So I left the speakers with them late afternoon on a Thursday, and early Saturday -- thats less than 48 hours -- I learned theyd been delivered, well packaged and in good condition. Very impressive.

I have to rave about the UPS store located at Grand and Oxford in Saint Paul. I went in with the wrong shipping label for a return to Restoration Hardware. They took extra time to look up the order in their system and find the correct shipping label. They could just have easily sent me away to do it on my own, but the extra effort was much appreciated! Great customer service!

The new chubby lady that wears glasses and she has long black hair has made me change my desire to do business at this location. I once over heard her discussing other customers. She pretends to be nice, but its all a facade. The other staff members are extremely nice. It was good while it lasted. She is more concerned about over charging customers than being nice to people.

I am really not a fan of going to the post office...its up there with going to the DMV! I never thought I would rate a UPS or Fedex store however these guys deserve it! They are like visiting a small town general store. They are very pleasant, quick and professional. They also are gurus at packaging things up!

I have been to many UPS Stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and this location is by far the best...and its because of the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. I now live in Minneapolis (used to be St. Paul resident) and I drive to this store because I love them so much!
