These employees were born from the bile of hell. I hope they were playing sick and twisted jokes on us as we tried, for a week, to simply receive a package. They would smack their chops and wring their wrists in excitement as they sneered razor - toothed grins telling us, "yeah, it should be here tomorrow. Anytime you swing by." They said they will call when they have your stuff, but what they actually mean is you have to call them and sit through their prerecorded message as they laugh at your simplicity. If they were indeed not joking around, they must be out back. Not loading or unloading packages as the job requires one to do, rather rolling on the ground like hogs vying to suckle the tit that is the exhaust pipe of the truck as it idles, neglecting its singular duty to make the delivery rounds. If fed ex cared at all about package transportation or customer service, it would deliver a fuel tanker to this location and do the world a favor by burning this place to the ground and salting what remains.

I cannot say enough good about this place. I am transplanted from another state, doing an intensive for 8 weeks and being a luddite, I needed a lot of help with my computer, strategizing about creating templates for illustrations and just a more knowledgeable base to draw from for the tasks at hand. The people have been incredibly friendly, Ka, Tiffany, Reza, Derrick, and Tom. When I have a question or a problem to be solved with my work (creating a template, for example) the response has always been, "No problem. We are here to help." And when I thank them, the response is the same. In fact, their assistant manager, Tom, has been working with me steadily for the recent 6 weeks and never has anything to offer but his expertise, knowledge and kindness. I am truly appreciative of the service at all levels and the humanness which I have observed and experienced. Thank you so much.

I put in my order online, for 6 copies of a 40-page document, spiral bound with a clear vinyl front and a black vinyl back cover. What they delivered to me was not even the document Id ordered: and it was 12 copies, with 4 pages each, stapled. The man behind the desk who gave me the document didnt believe me at first when I told him it wasnt my order, but found I was right after reviewing the order online. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to print the correct document. The only apology I got was an offhand afterthought as I was leaving the store. Better than nothing, and Im glad they didnt end up making me late for my delivery, but even so. If our company didnt have a formal arrangement with FedEx Id never darken their door again.

Needed a package picked up. I had fallen ill so my boyfriend graciously accepted to pick it up for me. I called earlier in the day to see if someone else was able to get it before he went all the way over there. They said it was fine only if he had the tracking number. He got there and the guy wouldnt let him have it. All of the employees should say the same thing if you are going to have a rule to follow. During that persons shift earlier I was able to get my package but later with someone else I wasnt? Thats crazy! Also, turns out that there isnt a manager at this location. It might be time to get one? Im all about principle so that is why Im writing a bad review. Sorry!

No one knew how to work the computers, the printer, the etc and etc. I had to figure out how to use the computer to print my label by myself, but that was after I was charged two times because a staff there tried to help me. 1 staff member was friendly, but the all them didnt know how to work the machines. I literally stood at the counter waiting for help, while two staff members were just talking to each other. I dont recommend if you are new to the FedEx process. I was there for an hour....just trying to send one envelope on express. Aside from that, I was charged more than that I thought. Check the dates for arrival before purchasing; it changes.

Lee @ at this FedEx location practically SAVED MY LIFE! I emailed FedEx @ 2am - flew in from Chicago and picked up my perfect tabs for my presentation that morning. Response time was exceptional, given that I emailed instead of calling. GREAT JOB! Honestly, in this day and age - exceptional service like this is far and between. Im a very satisfied customer and told everyone in our meeting how pleased I was with your service. Keep it up!

I go on a regular basis to this store and so far Ive had a good experience every single time. There was this one time that i sent 1 package and I didnt ask for a receipt and then it turned out that one of the contents on the box wasnt meant to be for that particular receiver. So I went there and told them that I needed to change the contents of the box and with no info and a lot of patience they were able to find my box and solve my problem.

Attendant was in a rush it seems and tells me that the price for a 1000 page print job (whether they do it or self serve) was the same. When i told them that cant be she says she was sure and there was nothing to do about it. When i called my normal location (the reason i wanted to use this location was because i was waiting on a paint order next door) they told be it would be about $50 cheaper if they did it versus self serve.

The parking here can be a nightmare. Not many spots, very close quarters shared with a few other shops, and its almost always busy. Service is OK, the man helping me seemed annoyed that I asked if I need a "fragile" sticker or if my writing on the side was enough (the package contained glass). After shaking it a little he just finished the transaction... never did get that sticker or an answer to my question.

I emailed them a pdf and told them I wanted it to print 2 on a page, full color, along with some other instructions to clarify. They called me within 15 minutes to make sure they had my instructions right and had it done the same day. I gave them a lead time of 4 days and they fulfilled it right away. Super job.

The customer service from Andy was the worst Ive ever experienced at a FedEx. He was annoyed I asked for a receipt, didnt give me any options for shipping (and was again annoyed when I asked), and was generally rude for the entire encounter. Disappointed in this FedEx visit

I had a young woman go above and beyond to print a resume of for me. I ordered it not 15 minutes before going there. She said it will be 3 hours before I can print it. I said I had an interview before that. She stopped what she was working on to quickly print the resume.

Pros: Location convenient, Caribou next door Cons: No one offers to help or looks at you when you walk in, they do not know how to do Ebay Valet (often they will say this, but if they try prepare to make multiple calls to Ebay to correct the mistakes)
