Worst experience ever ship the package from the store the person should be too gave me the wrong address so I called them to change the address for me and I didnt catch it on time so its set at a pickup location because the person I should be too wasnt able to pick it up which was okay so my package was sent back to this store the manager called me and told me it was there when I went in to pick it up they cannot find my package they told me it was not there after the manager called and told me my package was there manager call me back the following business day and told me that someone placed it in their back room and it was taken from their the manager was very rude and not helpful at all after I waste my gas and my time going to pick up a package that she told me was there she did not want to send this package out for me and she was very snotty and very unhealthful my package was not found for a week and then when it was found and was returned back to the store once again the box was ripped open and no one knew what happened I would not use the store ever again Im not even sure if I use the UPS Store to ship anything the only people that was very helpful was customer service but the staff at this store was not helpful they lost my package

Yesterday late afternoon, I went to the store to send a small box to an African country. A man who appeared to have done it before handling express mail was in a hurry to go home at 6:00 p.m., leaving two young inexperienced ladies to handle it. It took them 45 minutes trying to figure out with no result. The only thing they can suggest was to come the following morning at 8:00 a.m. to find someone to assist me. I have been to this store few times this year for similar circumstances. It has been a hit-and-miss experience with the store. If things are not so simple, you rely on a pure luck: hopefully you encounter an employee who is knowledgeable handling the basic international express mails. Frustrated, I went to the FedEx office nearby, and all three employees near the counter knew exactly what has to be done, and it took only 6 minutes to finish it up. They got my highest FedEx Points!

I looked on the website before going here for a fingerprint background study and there was nothing about what times they are done. But when I walked in the manager was rude and told me that they only do then from 10am-4pm Monday-friday. So I want back the same day walked in the door at 3:04 and was told they wouldnt be doing anymore fingerprinting to day because they stop at 3pm due to being short staffed. I told the women that I was there this morning and was told to be back before 4pm, she didnt care and went on to say that life isnt fair and that I should leave. I told her if she wanted me to leave she could call the cops. She called the manager and had a trainee help me. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS UPS STORE AGAIN, IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.

Fantastic customer service. After horrible experiences at the Quarry UPS location off 35W, I was thinking of starting to use FedEx instead, but this location near Rosedale has provided consistently good service and its employees are friendly and helpful.

The staff in here is awesome. Respectful to everyone, and they remember who you are. Printing prices are the most affordable around and unlike some UPS Store locations you can print off a USB here.
