Good people, but a horrible system to work with if you have a Mac. If you bring in a Mac-formatted drive, they cant print from it (both on their computer and the automatic machine). Tried sending items from Dropbox, and that wouldnt work either. Tried logging in to Dropbox, and it wont display - and they cant update a software program to make that work. Major hassle. The new Macs dont have disc drives, so please make changes to your system to accommodate those of us who prefer to bring the (large, non-emailable) files in to ensure they are printed properly.

I went in today to print my custom designed wedding invitations. I received incredible service from the team, specifically the manager Zac. I was lent his jump drive to drop off my files, given help to prepare my document for a doubled up (2 5x7" designs on one 8.5x11") page, help printing and cutting my invitations. I cannot say enough about how Zac went out of his way to make my experience so pleasant and stress free. Thank you Zac, you really made my day at FedEx a 5 star experience.

The guy "helping" us was obviously not excited to be helping us, and actually refused to scan some additional items we had and proceeded to whine at us (seriously) that we were keeping him from his break. He was overall apathetic and clearly did not care about his job. Go to staples next door instead if you need anything printed. If you must go here, avoid working with Giovan at all costs. Its unacceptable to complain about a customer to their face and then go stand around on your phone.

I tried to be nice on the staff thinking they must be new. However, they were rude and were incompetent when I asked questions about Fedex. There was also another guy who gave me too high of a price when sending my packages. Later, when I went back the price was lower, coming from a different person. Im not about to get ripped off by some staff who has no idea what he or she is doing

Cant remember the exact name. Its in the little strip mall there with the Cub and the Target. Its in that new building that they just built at the north end of the complex. Dropped off my package for FedEx there, trying to find it again online but Google says its FedEx Roseville, which it obviously isnt. Ill give it "above average" for being the only FedEx drop off in the area.

I called them up to track a shipment, the new joinee an young lady was very rude, was even trying to get a spanish/indian accent on the phone after hearing my name, It was truly annoying and just not acceptable However i must also note that when i was in the office the previous day for the shipment, the senior lady Sharon was very polite and helpful.

A very rough experience in the evening, but a very solid day-time experience with a very bright, personable, and hard-working manager. I had called to complain about the service, and he listened and asked follow-up questions of me. I would have given it 0 stars based on the evening, 5 for the day-time conversation I just had, so its a 3 for me.

Horrible experience!! These people do not know what they are doing. Took 6 hours to print off two color sheets because they didnt know how to do it so they had to wait for someone else to come in and print it for me. And then they charged me extra cause they didnt print on the right paper I wanted!!! I hope the place burns!!!

In one word: Extortion. The lady behind the counter had a hard time using my flash drive. Then my prints came out with a purple tint to everything, when I complained they wanted to charge me for the re tries. So in the end I walked out with 5 pages printed back to back and bound for $20.

If I could give it a zero I would. They didnt know how to copy things, charge me or staple. Then, they charged me an additional $200 which has been a nightmare to take care of. Amateur hour to the max. This place needs to filled with workers who know what they are doing.

I dont know the name of the young guy working in this unit. I went there to send a legal document to India. He guided me well. He verified things before taking each step and did well. I went there on 12/05/2015 8:00 pm.

Overall Ive never been a fan of FedEx, but this store is seriously the best in the area. Because of their wonderful customer service, Ive been regularly choosing FedEx over the competitors.

Kelly always takes good care of my prints needs. Only gripe i have is that the other staff never call me when my order is ready.
