Used the establishment to send a fax. It turned into a $54+ fax! It was a large document and I didnt know they charge nearly $2 a page. Pricing is not posted clearly anywhere. I was quite surprised and upset at the cost. So I called the manager and said I wished your employee would have estimated or told me the price, that seems really expensive for a fax. He was stand-offish right away and said, what tell all customers how much everything costs , "like 25-cents for that copy?". If they want to know they can ask, and I dont have time for that. (I was the only customer in the store with 2 employees). I said, its just really expensive for a fax, I wish someone would have told me. I would not have spent that much to fax a document. I could ship it overnight cheaper. He said yes I could have! I asked if he could do anything about the price, and I got an earful about how much rent is and that he cant offer discounts, and "You dont know what it takes to be a business person" He went on about being in business for 20 years and things are expensive like toner (faxes dont use toner, except the confirm page) I said, I think a good business person would have given a heads up on the cost and not yell at customers. That made him mad and he continued to yelled at me about rent and the cost of things to the point I hung up. I would NOT recommend going there.

Kevin is one of the rudest individuals I have encountered. He also charges fees that you would never imagine a copy place would charge, and refuses to explain them upfront. For example, if you want copies printed, he charges you for emailing it to him. I have never heard of a printing place do that. Second, when I asked him to explain the charges on my receipt as they seemed very high, instead of explaining them, he went on and on about how expensive it is to run a business. When I told him I worked in business, he insulted me by saying "Well then that business should rethink hiring you as you know nothing about business." Kevin has very poor people skills, and doesnt care about the customer or community at all. He behaves unethically with how he runs his business, and I strongly encourage customers to stay far away from him and his business.

also had the same experience when dropping off a FedEx box for work. Went in said i have this box for FedEx prepaid (which FedEx has on their site as a drop off point) they tell me its 1 dollar and i said its prepaid the insisted it was a dollar. I didnt have time to fight over a dollar so i paid, i cant say for sure but i also remeber asking for a recipt since it was for work and thye couldnt give me one anad the woman shoved the dollar in a slot or draw under the counter. Thought the whole deal was strange but needed to get back to work and needed the package to go out that day, so said screw this place ill never come here again.

As a small business owner myself, this UPS Store in North Oaks is my second office. The staff is always very helpful. The atmosphere is very positive, so its nice doing business with them. They are very patient when explaining pricing and options. And it is always so clean! They know their customers by name and are very friendly. I have been a steady customer for 13 years. They are my go-to "partner" for all things copying, printing, and mailing. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

I had the same experience when I went to this location. I had a prepaid fedex package and they charged me to drop it off. The worst part of my experience was when I asked the attendant where a fedex drop box was so I didnt have to pay the charge (since I rode my bike up and didnt have money with me) they had NO clue, come to find out its only about 2 blocks away. NOT COOL.

I also am aware how considerate and helpful they are with all of their customers. 5 Stars means the BEST!

The UPS Store North Oaks
This store is a really nice store and the people are nice and well informed. It has changed over to a UPS Store so they no longer can take a FedEx package. The employees working there are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I need to ship something while in the Minneapolis area, I always go to this store in North Oaks.

Beware of this place. I went to drop off a prepaid Fed Ex package. they are clearly listed on the Fed Ex web site as a drop off option but they wanted to charge a drop off fee which is not appropriate according to Fed Ex.
