9 minutes and 43 seconds on hold while the sales person (young male) went to check to see if they had a lace dress, which I even referenced the style name "Sylvie"...I would have still holding if my husband didnt press the end call button on my phone! I should have known better than to expect service from a Beverly Hills boutique store!

Anna Glazyrina made sure I knew about all the perfumes and attended to me really beautifully. I adore this brand. Like no other, I have a special place in my heart for it. The use of color, fabric. The perfume is top 10.

Terrific area however the parking sucks so youll probably end up having to pay meter parking or parking lot and thats going to cost you.
