The Most Horrible Shopping Experience Ever!! I went here 4 times. The 1st and 2nd was ok. I end up with buying my first classic flap bag from here. The 3rd time, I went back to store, just to see if there is anything new to buy. No greeting, no welcome for 15 mins until one Asian tall sales lady came to me and treated me like s***t. She was very rude and rolling her eyes all the times. So, I didnt feel buying anything from her. Plus, when I left I said thank you to her but she didnt say anything back. Another week later, I came into this shop again to return the wallet and also buy other stuff. I walked into the door. I saw that same tall asian lady. Once she saw me, she turned around and walked away. Then, another male sales assistant asked me to help. Once he knew I want to return stuff, he became unwelcome. He looked at the receipt and said its already 2 weeks but its actually 12 days. (He might weak at counting number or else.) I did return the bag with unwelcome service. I ended up buying another wallet from here and I feel regret I did that. This sales assistant lady (another person) was very unenthusiastic with the sale. The box wasnt even wrapped nice. And sure, she didnt give me her name card but I dont mind. 3 staff are horrible at least. However, I love the service from the first and 2nd sale person. They were nice and kindly helpful. This shop is very close to my house but I prefer to go Chanel shop in South Coast Plaza where is 1.5h from my place or the one at Robertson which treated me very nice and more professional.

There are snobbish staff that will be more personable or approachable if you are of that demographic that appears to be made of money and there are those who are genuinely helpful. Unfortunately the former type of sales person is more obvious in this store. If you know what you want and dont care for the sales persons attitude, this is your store. If you have a difficult time choosing between a Caviar Beige Medium Boy and some other seasonal bag, dont expect most of the staff to oooze patience. Patient staff are hard to come by. My wife was nearly brought to tears having been looked down by at least one of the staff. Im afraid she will attach her very negative experience to her Chanel wallet. And it would suck if she refuses to use it because of that. Nevermind the dread to return to this store. We want our wives to be happy with the things we buy them. I cant give this store more than one star. If you want a better Chanel Boutique shopping experience, try the South Coast Plaza location.

This boutique is beautiful and has a great selection. The SA showed me some gorgeous shoes that werent even on display yet and was incredibly friendly. The only reason it didnt earn a five star rating is that they were out of No 5 and a few other cosmetic items I wanted to purchase. How can one of the most famous Chanel stores in the world be out of No 5 but you can find it right over at Barneys on Wilshire?

while visiting a relative in the Los Angeles area last week, we went to your store in Beverly Hills on Friday July 22nd 2016..I was shocked that No one in the store offered to assist us So after 15mins we decided to leave. the only person who acknowledged us was the doorman..what a shock!!!
