Absolutely the worst bakery Ive ever used. I called and ordered my cupcake cake, a week and a half ago. The lady I spoke with on the phone asked me all the details and such and the time I needed it by. I said the party is at 12:00 so I will be here 10:00 am. She said if wont be ready earlier than 10:00 so it worked perfect. Well today I arrived at 10:30, and the lady was there said oh "you told us youd pick it up at 3:00pm. I said no I never said that his party is at 12:00 that doesnt even make sense. Well ended up having to get a plain white cake and writing a happy bday. A lady stopped me as I was leaving and said the exact same thing just happened to them and they demanded there cake and waited the hour and half for it. That fact that this happens more than just to me is ridiculous. People arent paying attention and completely ruined a childs party because he didnt get the cupcake cake that he wanted so badly.

I like everything here. Especially the fruit like, apples and melons. I like those fruit! Very tasty!! There is one thing that I reallly want to show. They have this balloon place, where you can grab one and pay for it at the cashier. The price of these ballon is pretty stupid. They are ridiculously expensive. However, I always spend some time to stand and watch these balloons while I was shopping. I randomly picked up one or two of these balloons and pictured some images in my mind... which is always a peaceful and wonderful dreaming experience for me. I hope they can always keep this fun spot even though almost nobody buys these balloons. This is a place for children and this is also a place for us to realize some of our dreams.

Crest has wide shopping aisles and large shopping carts. It is located near the University Town Center. Crest is usually well stocked and due to the aisle size there is plenty of room when the store is crowded. Previously Crest did not provide cash back at the register. Now the store has a new machine that will take various cards and allow for cash back. One of the products that I purchase on a regular basis is water. I purchased 20 gallons a few months back. Well the plastic is such a poor design that holes developed in about 7 of the gallon plastic bottles and leaked over the floor. Additionally, when in the store, if you are short the bottles can be hard to reach. No one ensures that the bottles are continuously stocked.

I will say that the new Crest does have a variety of fresh produce. However, in my three experiences with our new store, first I was told they do not price match. Second, I went into the store to pick up some steaks and they had closed down the meat department an hour early because it was not busy and then today I called the meat/seafood department to check pricing of crab legs. I was told it was store policy to not give pricing over the phone. ??? Really? I cant know the price of your crab legs? Crest...not that you will miss me, but I shall not ever try to do business with you again, nor will I advise any others I know to do business with you. There are other grocers in Norman that actually have customer service!

Original Review: I drive 30 minutes across the city to shop here because of its great prices, selection, and service! The store is always clean and well-maintained. Edit: I have a Discover Debit card. Crest maintains that it should be accepted, but I had to run it as credit. After I upgraded to a chip card, the screen immediately says "Transaction Cancelled: Discover Debit". After going to the Customer Service desk, filling a complaint form on their website, and speaking over the phone with someone, they havent been able to figure it out. This is the only business Ive come across that cant accept it, and they even suggested switching banks.

Ive almost always had very positive experiences here. The only time I had an incident here involved their security profiling my girlfriend and I on a shopping trip late at night. He followed us throughout the store throughout our trip. However, the manager contacted me later after I emailed regarding the visit and was very nice about the situation. Weve never been profiled or stalked on any visits since then. They always have the best-looking, & freshest produce in Norman in my experience. That coupled with their great prices & overall cleanliness make it my preferred grocery store.

My boyfriend and I where in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago, thank God we both survived. His birthday party was tonight. I really havent had time to go look at cakes because of our injuries; I called your bakery and gave them a vague description of what I wanted (I really didnt have high expectations). When we picked up the cake I was so impressed. It was like I came in and found the perfect cake in a catalog! You will never know how much it meant to me that they did such a great job.

Probably Normans best grocery store. Clean & modern layout. Employees are super friendly & well trained. They have a meats/seafood counter that rivals Whole Foods in selection & quality. Deli & gourmet cheese areas are also top-notch. Yet despite Crests semi-upscale feel prices are surprisingly low. Comparable to Walmart & cheaper than Target. I really like that the store is kinda fancy yet still approachable. They have achieved a really nice balance.

Best local grocery chain. The produce is some of the best around and as of this review there is a produce sale going on. The store is always clean on the sales floor. The shelves are nicely and fully stocked. The isles are extra wide so it makes it easy to get around on a crowded day. They have the best prices on almost everything other grocery stores around. The staff is friendly and offer full service bagging and carryout to the car.

Crest offers an immaculately clean and modern grocery shopping experience, a large selection of fresh produce, meats, and fish, and reasonable prices. Their big-store idea works well ... until it fails and you need to speak with a manager. The managers are never available; they dont return telephone calls. Corporate offices suffer the same unresponsiveness to telephone calls and emails.

Great grocery at wonderful prices! The produce is very good and the meat department is very helpful and great. Would highly recommend them! We really like when they have the huge meat sale. There is a butcher that is amazing and very knowledgeable and so helpful with all our questions about cuts of meat and how to best cook it! We have never had a problem here and shop here often!

Crest is nice large supermarket without the "big chain" feel. The produce and meat are top-notch. The prices are low to average with many awesome sales. There is a bakery, a deli, a salad bar, a sushi bar, a small floral area, a pharmacy, and a huge grocery store. Each area is taken well care of and clean. The staff seem eager to help. This is my store of choice.

This is a really nice store . We travel 45 minutes to shop here for a family of 6 every payday. The produce is always nice and fresh and we love getting our meat products sliced fresh in the meat department. They have well-known name brand items for very good prices. Would recommend this store to anyone, especially anyone on a budget trying to feed a family!
