I go here for the convenience. Sometimes I wish I didnt go here but traffic is always bad to go up to Parmer to a much much better HEB. This specific HEB though, DOES NOT have a meat counter, but a seafood counter. What in the?? I have never seen a supermarket without one. The meat is not fresh, goes bad the day after I purchase it. Bad cuts of meat also, and the choice has so much fat its crazy. Produce and household items might be the only reason why I frequent here. Definitely dont buy the meat. I shopped on Valentines Day and since my husband was working thought Id do him a favor and buy all the stuff we needed for dinners for the next couple of nights. It was busy. Not as busy as all the last minute gift shoppers trying to buy flowers, chocolates, and gift baskets that were so conveniently located next to the produce area. Shopping cart traffic was a nightmare. There was an employee that spotted me looking above other people to find stuff, and he helped me find what I needed. Although I kind of felt like he was staring at me up and down and maybe inside his head was already trying to undress me. I felt disgusted and walked away as far as I could. Leaving the plaza in your car? Good luck. Extra 20+ mins if you caught the 4-5pm traffic.

So today I was patiently waiting, a little annoyed (because the person in front of me didnt know the pin to her company card, RUN IT AS CREDIT duh,,,,, anyways), and the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I was mad? I said, "No, have I said anything?", she responds, "well you dont look good, like somethings wrong or maybe its allergies." EXCUSE ME!!! She is lucky I didnt have time (at this point, Ive waited at least 5 mins on a PIN), to contact a manager. I work in customer service and I think a better alternative would have been, "MAM thank you so much for your patience, I really appreciate it." I am always SUPER DISAPPOINTED in this HEB!! ALWAYS A WAIT!!!! I always think," oh it will be better this time." NEVER!!!! Take the extra time and go to the one in Pflugerville, its getting remodeled and super nice, best customer service!

"Excuse me, the grocery bags have ran out." HEB cashier, "do you want buy a bag?" "I have to pay for my bag?" "Yes sir" A grocery store wants me to pay for my bag? I have been a loyal HEB customer for 4 years. Prices are already high BUT PAY FOR A BAG? Thats like buying a sandwich and then being asked if I want to pay extra to have bread with my sandwhich. I have to find out if this is happening at other stores. CRAZY! This was one of the most bizarre, poor customer experiences that I have experienced. You have a strong Brand and this is very short sited in my opinion. Sorry Grandma, you will just have to carry that cart of groceries into the by hand. The extra trips will be good exercise.

This is not my favorite heb, first off its in PFLUGERVILLE which as far as I know still uses plastic bags however this heb does Not. In addition to this I was not offered any bags to buy at check out, so wonderful surprise to Me as I had several heavy things. I know only the Austin hebs were on the reusable bag hype. Plus the cashier seemed more interested in talking to her friend then doing her job. This place was an inconvenience more then anything. It needs help.

This was a good HEB. It seems a little older and they didnt have some specialty things I was looking for, but the employees were very friendly and personable. They even announced on the intercom about a mini going away party for an employee, which tells me that the store has built relationships, and thats a good thing. There are a wide variety of people that shop here, so that means you get a lot of variety in foods.

this store doesnt allow open carry, so it lost a lot of stars. its not much different than any other store. sushi is nice, but few options. snacks are a plus. the store is clean but the floors are unfinished concrete so that detracts from the image. if Wal-Mart allows open carry, shop there: theres not much significant difference otherwise. HEB used to be cool unhook they put up 30.07 signs.

I love the staff. Everyone is so gracious and helpful. Although for some reason on this website it stated it was closed Saturday and Sunday. I had to call and find out. Whoever put this up obviously doesnt know this store. Major holidays its closed only a few short days, but most of the rest of the year its always opened. I always find what I need. Thanks Pflugerville HEB you rock!

The business itself and its employees are quite alright. But the place is chaotic and many of its customers are rude. The entry ways are too small for the amount of business it gets and the parking lot design combined with the fact most people dont return their carts to the corrals makes a dangerous brew for both foot traffic and your cars fenders.

Of course its a Grocery store, youll find food!!! 3 weeks ago i bought 4 gallons of milk and 2 of them were expired didnt notice until i got home. also this week they double charged me a mens deodorant. It is not the first time they double charge me. PEOPLE please check your receipts they are not cautious when scanning the products.

Twice now, I have shopped at this location and the following day had fraudulent charges appear on my credit card. When I called the store to complain, the manager seemed unconcerned with the issue and essentially disregarded any notion that it could be related to the store registers. I will not be shopping here in the future.

Do not use ANY of HEBs car washes. Second time I have had to ask for a refund for a poor job. Today it skipped an entire step and I paid for the most expensive one they had, so I should have received the Lustra blah blah blah. I was also told it is not designed to dry your car off completely....

Worst H-E-B I have ever been to! I was waiting in a line, when a guy named Terrell told us he would take us over at his line. Then these two guys tried to cut in our line. Only thing I like at this H-E-B is the guy Terrell was really nice. I would not recommend this H-E-B to anyone!

This store is actually the city of Austin. Thats the reason why it doesnt use plastic bags like the other one in the area. Most of the people that come here are live in Wells Branch and other areas in Austin but most of the people that live in Pflugerville go to the store on FM 685.

I probably love HEB as a whole more than anyone, and Ive never been so incredibly disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of this particular location. Its right down the road from my house, would be super convenient youd think. But I regret stepping in the door every time.

I grew up with HEB grocery stores. So Ive been going there for many years. Theyve grown tremendously & now sell many more things besides groceries. So its now a one stop shopping trip. Produce is always fresh & they sell many unique items. Its one of my favorite stores.
