En el rachito hay una tienda Payless venden telephonos q te los venden como nuevos las empleadas soy muy groseras el dueño es una persona my depota yo compre un teléfono q supuesta mente era nuevo resulta q al cargar el teléfono no está funcionando correctamente cuando compre el teléfono la q me lo vendió le pedí la caja como es nuevo asumo q tienen su caja me dijo q las cajas las tiran porque no tienen espacio para tener tantas cajas grave las conversaciones hable con un abogado le mando una carta certificada nunca respondió q que orrible q todas las personas si es q lo son no saven para quién trabajan x q no pueden decir ni como se llaman ni el nombre del manager o del dueño habrán los ojos y no compren a esta gente q nada más está abusando de la comunidad ahora yo no me pienso quedar con los brazos cruzados como me dijo el disque dueño te veo mañana el la corte ok no es mañana es un proseso pero si nos vamos haber ya tengo varía gente q les han hecho lo mismo y si alguien se quiere incorporar en esta demanda bien venidos

i never like this store for so many reason: 1. There produce is not fresh they always have nats flying around. 2. Its stinks going in the store. 3. There greeter is always rude. 4. No one speaks English. 5. Price comes out differently. 6. They change the ad prices as soon as you pay. 7. They trick customers into buying a product its on sell but when you get to the register it turns out you have to have your total of $10.00 or more. 8. Some of there can goods have expiration days that has expired and its still ok the shelf. 9. When there meat expire yesterday they are still selling it today. 10. There assistant manager smokes by front door. 11. There vending machines doesnt work but it doesnt have a sign that states it out of order and ppl still puts money in the machine.

La verdad nada de profecionalismo y aparte no ponene ningun letrero que diga que ya estava cerrado desde la 7 y supuestamente el encargado le preguntas y con su chiclote que vergüenza mejor sigo comprando en el HEB ai son muy amables respetan a su consumidores nomas el rancho aqui reserch blvd dan vergüenza y puse una estrella para poder comentar pero no semeresen ni UNA.

On my way to an event on Christmas i saw that this store was open, sat in car debating to go in or not. I felt like I was in a bad part of Mexico, from the appearance outside with the music blasting, etc. Brought my 3lb show dog under my arm into store bought one item & proceeded to pay. The man & woman whom said they were the owners said no dogs aloud, they looked very low class as some of the shoppers as well. I thought the store was gross, after shopping in Whole foods, Natural Groceries, Central Market, with my dog i found the management at this store very uneducated . The entire center was very low end, little Havana I would guess. Not for your average person to even step foot in

I end up making quite a few Mexican meals due to Mexican spousal influence and as such, make quite a few trips to El Rancho. I like this grocery store. The people who work there are quite friendly. They have some amazing deals on produce and meats. The only consistent gripe that I have would be with their checkout lines: there are no lanes clearly marked for some (20? 15? 10? whatever) items or less. This makes a quick in and out difficult and I often get caught in the checkout line behind the best of several lines with customers who have large or involved orders. It can sometimes add another 10 minutes onto what would otherwise have been a quick trip to the grocery store.

There is a phone service store located at this ELRANCHO branch at 8752 Research Blvd, 78757, and they sell used , second hand , furnished phones as brand new cell phones in this location. (be very careful!!!!) they never returned my money nor they replaced my phone. (very dishonest & immoral people ) They sell Furnished Phone (teléfono amueblado) as brand new phone in this location. I was told by Apple store that they sold me Furnished phone as brand new phone .

I was at Elrancho on this location and as I was getting a basket I noticed that there is a lady smoking in front of the entrance door. I had my daughter with me and it was a terrible smell. She was very rude and ignorant. Her name was Arline and I found out that she is the assistant manager. I am shocked how store management could be so unprofessional and very bad customer service. I am so disappointed and I will never go back to this store.

Cheap and has all the stuff i was looking for. Im cuban and there are a fair amount of foods i usually cant find anywhere. well This place has it all. now instead of driving all over to find all the ingredients i need to cook, i can get it all here. all the goya stuffs to make a cuban happy. ;) they even have the frozen crochettes and yuca. XD so happy they finally opened this store. great meat shop too.

I went here because their advertised prices were cheap. I bought some produce and shrimp and other items. The pre-cooked shrimp were already bad I realized when I got home. The avocado I got was extremely unripe and pretty much inedible (only 17 cents though...) If youre looking for deals on non-fresh foods, however, Id recommend this place.

You have to be careful , what they mark when you pay. I bought pork meat, and they charged me ground beef price, also apples showed one price and when I went to the cashier they again charged more. They have some good specials, just check prices when you are paying.

I just love this place! It makes me feel like Im in El Paso or a Mexican border town. The selection of baked goods is terrific, and so are the prices.
