Checklist service is a joke! I normally have my groceries delivered due to our crazy schedule with kids after school programs. However sometimes I drop the ball and this is the next best thing. However the few times we have used this service at this location it has been a joke. They are never ready when we arrive (we actually show up at the end of our pick up time) They have called to have us show up later, they have asked us to come back later after arriving all due to the fact they are running behind. This last time I arrived and called the number to let them know I had arrived. I CALLED 4 TIMES! I had to call the store directly to have them have someone answer the phone. It is very apparent that they are short handed. They are definitely apologetic , and show good customer service. With the exception of my last visit. I will be going to the 104th location from now on. It is worth driving from 128th to 104th after the continuous issues.

They have a HUGE selection of items that not all other King Soopers have. They have a cheese bar and I believe there is also a specialty salad bar. It is a good store with tons of products - even some that arent real common. I believe they also have more organic, natural items, including vitamins and remedies than most stores do. Their pharmacy has a drive up for prescription pick up and drop off. However it is kind of behind and to the side of the store. You have to drive behind the strip mall part and then in between the two buildings to get to it. The drawer that is used to pass things back and forth is not in a very good spot and kind of makes it awkward, sometimes so much that you have up open the car door or even step out of the car to get to it. Overall its a pretty great store though.

Really small store but shop here for quick needs however when calling today "Allie" at service desk did not answer phone king soopers because she think she knows the person calling well its unprofessional and you do not know the person calling so please train your associates to always answer the THANK YOU FOR CALLING KING SOOPERS. just because you know employees doesnt make you on a first name basis and it never means to answer phone unprofessionally. Thanks to Barbara for her help with carpet cleaner rental.

Lorenzo is a very disrespectful person not only to the customer, but even to his own boss and coworkers, today he got in to a fight with his boss and kept, trying to pull the customer way and start to get in to it with him, I do not think he should remain and king soopers any more, and he is just a horrible representative of King sooper, if he stays at this store I will be taking my business to your competitors.

Worst meat selection of any grocer in town. Far far far too busy for my taste. Always a crowded parking lot and elbow to elbow inside. They need to build another King Soooers in the area. Also the drive through pharmacy is closed when I tried to use it today. Ive begun going to Safeway instead.

Crowded parking, cant ever find half of what I am needing/looking for, bag boys dont put groceries back in cart and expect you to carry the bags in your hands (I use a cane and had 3 heavy bags), employees are less than helpful.

Bought 5 of the buy 5 get $5 off items per signage in store - did not get the savings - waited in line for 20 minutes to speak with customer service only to be told that receipt only shows 4 - I cannot help you!!

Standard location in a new strip center. Continually busy due to growing area. Limited organic fruits and veggies. Tons of checkout lines, but oddly designed and scrunched together. Makes checkout weird.

Good size king Soopers off 136th. Shopping center usually has enough parking so not a huge problem there. This one is more modern so it doesnt have that run down feel that some of them have.

It is a nice store. There are items available at this store that I have problems finding at other King Soopers stores, e.g. vegatarian and vegan foods and Glasier water refill station.

Chicken from deli is old or taste old ..takes for ever to get what you need from deli doesnt compare to broomfield Kroger ..over cooked then recooked I bet the deli loses money
