I visited later at night. The self check out was closed so I was forced to wait in line for the only cashier. The cashier repeatedly made mistakes and seemed not to know how to operate the register. She eventually called for some help and someone, I assume a manager came to help. He quickly sorted out the situation, kept his cool with rude customers and got through the line in record time. On the other hand, on a more recent occasion in early September I was asked by the same man to leave my backpack by the front, I havent ever been asked to do that since I was 12 and at a struggling dollar store. It makes me feel treated as though Im unwelcome and seen as a criminal. I usually dont do this but I think Ill stick to king soopers where I have never been treated this way.

These five stars go to the pharmacy! I just transfered all of my prescriptions from a King Soopers nearby location that I had been nothing but upset with! All of the pharmacists and the clerks at this location are friendly and wonderful! I really appreciate walking up to the counter and being welcomed. They go out of their way! I only wish I had transfered all of my prescriptions earlier!

I try and shop here, but when you need anything from the customer service desk, good luck. No one is every manning the customer service desk and employees walk by while you are standing there act like you are invisible. You have to go to one of the cashiers for help and all they do is use the intercom to say someone is waiting at customer service. Poor service.

I do all my shopping there. The staff is friendly and they remember who you are, its quite nice. Some items are overpriced like nuts, anything in the "ethnical food" aisle (not my favorite term but what can we do?!) One thing that is REALLY annoying is that theres never any employees around that you can ask questions to.

This is consistently one of the worst grocery stores Ive been too. Employees are rarely helpful (when you can manage to find one). Selection and prices nothing special. Its close to our place, but have realized going an extra half mile to a different grocery store isnt really that big of a deal and well worth it.

Seriously, the worst Safeway around. It looks like a nice store, but thats just an illusion. Whatever you are looking for will be out of stock, their prices are significantly higher than King Soopers, and the staff is never quite sure whats going on. Save yourself the headache and go to King Soopers.

The store itself is clean with a good product selection, but there always seems to be quite a bit of expired food on the shelves in all departments (dairy, meat and seafood, etc.). Check all expiration dates carefully! This is concerning because of health and safety factors.

This location is the worst in Colorado. I do not say this lightly. They genuinely are not interested in helping the customer especially if you have any customer service questions. I would drive miles out of my way to avoid going to this location if I were you.

I dont know why I even bother to go to safeway, Im disapointed everytime. They never have what I go in looking for, so I got a "raspberry" bismark, it was blueberry. And honestly seems like the managment are worse then emplyees!

Everytime I go here, they are closed. Their hours say open until midnight. I was here at 1125pm and closed. This is the 5th time this has happened. Either change the hours or work the entire shift of hours as indicated.

Even self check out takes forever. The prices are ridiculously high if your not a member and even if you are a member half the time your discounts dont go through and you have to ask the cashier to fix your total.

Pharmacy is way understaffed and the wait to pick up a prescription exceeded 25 minutes while two people are behind the counter one just stood there and watched while the other one work.

Its a nice Safeway, not very busy. I had a little trouble finding someone to help me find a product. I did find help, they didnt carry the product. Overall a pleasant experience.
