This is a real review! Please read! Saw a car that looked too good to be true but the salesman verified the carfax over the phone and even proved that the car was actually still there. Upon arriving there was less cooperation but not too much from my salesperson that deterred me. Test drive the car and there was a sound coming from it that would prevent me from buying car but my salesperson assured me he could have the service center look at it. I was shooed to a back room for about 10 minutes with nothing but random people coming in and out so I decided to leave the room and look around and figure out what was takin so long. PROBLEM 1: the out the door price was $1,300 greater than the price of the car and other dealerships have quoted me only 600-800 greater than the price PROBLEM 2: upon inquiring about the inflated price and a miscellaneous fee that was added on the ogre at the desk who I believe was the manager or owner was exceptionally rude and condescending! I am a female and was with my mother but unfortunately for him I have been to many dealerships and have done all the research possible so every pig headed chauvinistic comment he made attempting to explain something I already knew, and some of his explanations were wrong, it just made the possibility of buying a car from his lot even less likely. PROBLEM 3: the entire time this was taking place the car toll had not been serviced!!! The ogre stated that it would not be serviced unless I wanted to buy the car. Why on earth would I agree to buy a car that is making sounds? When I told him this he just repeated his statement. My mother informed him that I had already told the salesman I was interested in the car so it should have been serviced while we were talking. The owner was extremely rude and had underlying fees and by the end of the conversation he was exclaiming that his lot had the best prices and we came for the price! A laugh, and I informed him Ive seen prices much better and total fees and taxes much lower so he is sadly mistaken. I read the reviews and did not listen. PLEASE LISTEN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Do not drive from 3.5 hours away or 1.5 hours away, like myself, or even 15 minutes away!!!

First of all GREG WORKS AT THE DEALERSHIP!!!! He is the one that sold me a defunct and body Damaged Car. He Claimed the care was worth $8,000 on resale and showed me blue book value for the car. Showed me car fax it was clean. Told there was no damage and put no Gas in car so could not do a real drive test. "Dont drive too far the gas light is on" I was in a bind and needed a car so i purchased. It was worth 1/4 of that price because the car was in a Major Accident. The Car had good mileage but with in 7 Hours of owning the Car Check engine light came on. Took in and they gave me a Chevy AVEO loaner. Loaner had same issue. got the Car Back and I had the same problem. ( All with in 1 WEEK of owning) They took car back and started fixing it. They put a new catylitic converter on the car and tried to make me pay. YEA RIGHT! After putting a new converter on the car light still came on. Took to a real professional $300 worth of work hoses, Fuse, O2 Sensors. I did not mention the best part NO HEAT AT ALL IN THE CAR!!!! bought when it was warm so did not know... Once the weather got cold the heat did not work. Took it in and they said everything was fine and to let it warm up. Next day and hour later still blowing cold air. Needed new water pump, new antifreeze resovior, A/C, Heat, and developed an oil leak after 3 Months. Some one also played around with the electirical systems and that needed to be repaired. TOTAL repair cost $4,700 multiple estimates. Traded car in and got nothing because it was unsaleable due to body damage, a slew of issues and NO HEAT!!! $6,500 wasted. Good Prices Lots of Headache.!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was dumb enough to recommend for $100 credit same problem with friend. DO NOT USE CAR FAX USE AUTO CHECK to see if cars are Damaged. At dealer I traded car in for I was shown auto check and all problems were listed. Pulled up car fax no issues were listed. They were all speaking polish around me probably laughing and the dumb black kid buying this crappy car. They will STEAL your Money!!!! Save it Buy from a legit Dealer with a warranty. You May Have Better Luck going to Auction.P.S. I purchased an 06 Sebring Touring Edition.

Have never had quite this terrible of an experience before at a used car dealer. I arrived to see a vehicle. The lot attendant didnt speak very good English and told me that he didnt have a dealer plate so I wasnt able to test drive. The business front said Millenum home improvements. There was an adjacent lot with cut up vehicles that looked like a chop shop. I told my friend that was driving with me on the way that millenium had pretty bad Google reviews but had good prices, so despite the poor reviews I was willing to give it a shot. The owner overheard me say that on the phone before I came to see the vehicle. I didnt know this. When he showed up with the dealer plate after waiting for 25 minutes he told me that he overheard me on the phone and wasnt going to sell a car to me because I said he had bad service. I stated that I did read online that he had very poor reviews but good prices which was why I was willing to give it a shot. He went on to be very rude to me referring many times to his frI end who owned a dealer license that he was borrowing use of. It made sense to me that I was not even at a dealer but instead at a dealers friends business who was using the millenium license as a side revenue stream. (I was off site from the main facility. As I was instructed to go there instead to see a vehicle millenium was advertising). I left shocked at my experience but oddly happy that I didnt take it any further.... vehicle stored at a furniture business, no dealer plates, what looked like a parts yard nearby with same make and model vehicles it all seemed highly suspect. I later went to land rover northfield the same day and bought a similar model vehicle fully loaded with less miles for slightly more money. But it was from a legitimate auto group with a factory warranty and amazing customer service. Lesson learned was dont try to save a few pennies by using one of the poorest reviewed used car dealers on the north side. Youd be better of taking a bicycle to work than dealing with these rude crooks.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen, I called about a sprinter van advertised for sale, first guy that answered wasnt friendly and asked what I wanted, gave me a different number, called new guy and he gave me an address in Addison, when I arrived there, they said they have 2 dealerships in a bragging manner, place in Addison, is a small office building w a construction sign in the front and u have to go to the back for service, they have all the trucks in the parking lot, so I dont think this is an actual dialedahip w a license at this location, but rather working with the Chicago locations license, any way I went to the back, and there is guy fixing some dents and parts out of another sprinter, asked him about the vans, I told him what I wanted to see, got in about 3 vans, they all seemed good from the outside but Im almost sure all of them where in an accident or the guy is tritons to get more money then they r really worth, all the vans had the Mercedes logo on the grill, when I got inside one had the dodge emblems, the others had freight liner emblems, I told the guy that showed me the trucks if I could talk to the sales guy, 5 minutes later a guy mark comes out I ask about the prices and ask if they r negotiable, he tells me the prices and says they have a set price, I ask about the changed grills, he tells me he likes to see Mercedes on the grills so he changed them but they r the same truck ( the sprinter is made by dodge, freigliner, and Mercedez, and there is about a $2000 difference in price for the brand alone), then I ask if maybe they were crashed and the grills replaced ( there is a parking lot full of crashed sprinters across the street) he said that we could go to the car fax if I wanted to be so smart about it or he could replace the grill w the dodge one since it matter to me so much and it was only $80, I had the cash in hand and was ready to buy but with that attitude I took my business to another dealer, ( btw some accidents dont get reported to carfax, I know from experience)
