Not a fan of this company. I have nothing but problems with them since I purchased the vehicle 2 years ago. Warranty: They sold a false warranty to me, stating "Bumper to bumper coverage on any part within the vehicle"; when the van was taken in for repairs, I was informed that it did not cover the entirety of the vehicle, but rather the critical components (IE transmission). Braking System: Brakes were bad and were not covered in the warranty (see above) when I brought it in to them. The best they could do was tune them; in reality the rotors were shot and pads needed to be replaced (did the replacement a year after owning it). Additionally, the parking break system was shot (Found this out 2 years later). Since I never used it, I was unaware of this. When I took it for inspection in the state of Texas, it failed due to bad parking break system. When I called regarding this, they stated that third party team does the inspection and it passed. I guess brakes are not apart of that testing. They also seemed not to care, or had little interest in the safety of their client. My talk with them recently ended with it being my fault, that I could be lying or making it up (Trained technicians informed me that it was gone, and had to be replaced and that it didnt appear to have ever been replaced or fixed), nor did the person I spoke to appear to address or take this seriously with their 3rd party team. Misc Issues: After the thirty days, I began having issues with the van itself. The right side window doesnt roll down and would not be replaced by AdvantEdge (Again see warranty). Additional issues include problems with the A/C system, and a problem driver side turn signal system which I fixed out of pocket. My recommendation: Dont use this company. They are prey on those with bad credit and take advantage of you. If you do go through them, then dont take the false warranty. Take the vehicle to a trained technician and have them review the vehicle, then take the report -back- to them prior to your 30 days.

I purchased a truck from advantedge in late July of last year I believe. So Ive waited quite a while to leave a review. Overall my experience was good simply because I got a reliable vehicle. I work on the road so that was imperative. I went in knowing what I needed and knowing enough about what I was looking at. I purchased an 02 chevy with 114xxx miles. It now has well over 130k has been well maintained and only minor repairs have been made. New alternator, some front suspension work, new tires etc. All pretty normal stuff for an old truck. Sales staff were friendly ( tho it is kinda part of the job ). Service department changed a part that was tripping the abs light and made new keys at my request. I had contacted several other dealerships prior to this purchase, and had looked at and driven several trucks. I chose this truck and this dealership because the mileage was about the best Id seen and the salesmen werent pushy. The lack of a 5th star has more to do with the nature of the used car business than it does with this dealership specifically. Any dealer that offers financing for customers with terrible credit does so at a cost. You will pay well over the actual value of the vehicle and will pay a high interest rate. Thats just how it works. And while my credit issues are certainly no fault of theirs... I simply cant bring myself to justify a 5th star when I will end up paying a little over 3 times the reasonable cash price for a vehicle. So to summarize, if your able to save money. Save enough to buy something outright at a reasonable price. If you dont have the time to save money youll have a hard time doing any better than these guys.

BEWARE!!! Bought a vehicle here at last winter and were assured a complete run through of the vehicle had been done and there were absolutely "No problems with the vehicle". Out of the excitement of a new vehicle we did not check the oil but did notice that the oil change was due in 2994 miles. 2 weeks into the vehicle just doing a run through, the vehicle was 2 quarts of oil low and it was coal black (LIE #1). Started to warm up the beginning of summer and the wife turns on the air conditioner and got nothing but HOT AIR (of course the thing had cold air in the winter) - contacted them they said that they had checked it (LIE #2) and they said the 30 day warrantly was way over and since we didnt purchase the extended warrantly (thousand of dollars for 12 months) there was nothing they could or would do. But for $50 they could take a look at it and tell me what it would cost to fix it. Now, 5 months into the vehicle, the transmission has failed. Stopped in to talk to the garage and the guy was on a call. When he finally finds time to talk to me I tell him just need to see about reading my check engine codes and maybe getting an estimate on repairs. Then I get, we can try and fit you in tomorrow. All I was after was a rough estimate on what they would charge for a rebuild tranny. As well, their 30 day warranty is not honored if it doesnt conveinience them. Bought a car and the low oil light came on. I took the car in and they said that they would not cover it because they sold the car so cheap. About a month later had to put in an oil pump.

My 8 month pregnant fiance and I went here needing a reliable car to transport our new baby. They filled our head with lies about the car we selected. Saying they had taken the engine apart and detailed everything, "it was in excellent condition", and it appeared to be. Within 24 hours the car was spontaneously dying on the highway and the power steering was whining, not to mention the engine stalling at initial start up. We took it to the shop and they said they checked it and fixed some things and everything was in tip top shape. Within 3 days the check engine light was back on and the car was back to dying, even with more than half a tank of gas in it. We will be going back today to try and get our $500 down back and to return the car. They had us sign a waiver (with the extended warranty we purchased) saying the fuel pump was not part of this. After having it looked at weve come to the conclusion that they told us a car WITH A BROKEN FUEL PUMP! Our other vehicle was stolen from our house this last week..So even though this newly purchased Impala is our only form of transportation we will be taking it back as it is that unreliable. I would not recommend anyone to this company. They seem great on the front end, but their vehicles are less than mediocre. Your Desired Resolution: We would just like the $500 deposit we gave them back so we can go somewhere else to get a more reliable car. We are at an extremely difficult point in our lives and just need a company we can trust to sell us a dependable vehicle.
