Purchased mattress with delivery 3 days out because my schedule is so hectic. My window was between 5:00-9:00 pm. I did receive a confirmation the night before but by 8pm the evening of scheduled delivery I hadnt heard from anyone so I thought Id call the store to make sure everything was on track. No one at the store answered so I looked at my paperwork to check store hours but there was nothing on there with such information. I then went online to check store hours and again no such information was on the web-site. I made several calls and no answer so by 9:00pm, I gave up. at 10:20 pm I received a call telling me the delivery truck broke down and they werent going to be able to make delivery. Half asleep I chuckled and told the driver that that was obvious since my delivery window ended 1-1/2 hours ago. The following day I received a phone call apologizing and trying to correct the situation. I, of course, voiced my upset with the lack of communication from the drivers letting me know there was a problem and I also asked for a refund on delivery which he could not guarantee would happen. As I look at the paperwork I see that delivery is guaranteed or refunded but yet he tells me he would look into it, un-real!!! At this moment Im waiting for delivery of my mattress with my daughter missing her first class from college to accept delivery. To expedite this process her and my 12 year old son pulled my queen mattress off my bed and dragged it one story down to garage so that the delivery crew can remove that mattress and leave my new mattress in the garage to get her to class as soon as possible. I will then have to call someone for help getting my new mattress from garage to bedroom when I get home. So frustrating

Below is my email with the store manager I was dealing with on the box spring. He is willing to give me a deal but I do not think it is enough. Considering we waited over 3 hours for a box spring that was never going to come. Please read below.

Stopped in at 12 pm as store opens at 11 am on Sunday. One door locked other open and sign said open. Inside store I was only one. I called out thinking someone was in back but no answer. I did find product on floor I was looking to buy (about $3000 purchase). Had questions and waited about 5 minutes. Still no one to help. Only 1 other car in lot. Unfortunately for Sleepys I was ready to make a purchase but will now have to find another source. Guess economy has recovered for stores not to care about losing sales. No need for me to return as there is nobody working there anyway.

Highly recommended!!! My husband and I had been looking for a mattress for months and had no luck finding something we liked in our budget. Rick at Sleepys went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive which was so different from the previous stores we had been in where we walked out because the person working was too busy texting on their phone to acknowledge us. Thank you Rick, we had such a pleasant experience working with you and are thrilled with our new mattress!!
