My two friends and I were walking around the commons and browsing the stores. We walked into crate & barrel because we are redoing our bedrooms. We walked around and looked at the products minding our own business. We went upstairs and walked to the far corner of the room and sat on the couch. We maybe sat there for 10 mins waiting for my mom, checking texts and talking quietly. Then a woman approached us and said in a very condescending tone "we are going to have to ask you to leave this is NOT a place to hang out". We nodded and left without another word. I thought she was very rude to us because the store was totally empty and we were VERY quiet. If someone was looking at that particular couch, of course we would move but no one was even on the second floor. Not going back there soon.
