Went to the morrow location to purchase a mattress. The one we wanted was out of stock. So i called the Marietta location. The girl confirmed that they had a few of the mattresses in stock. We arrive at the marietta store and i purchase the mattress. I was told to go around to back of store so that the men could load it on the truck. 20 mins pass so i go back in and ask about the delay. Everyone is looking sheisty at this point even the customers. The loaders are standing around the floor sample. I asked whats the problem. They tell me they cant find the mattress and since the floor sample has only been out for "30 mins" they were going to put it back in the plastic and load that up. First off i work retail and floor samples are discounted. And i had paid full price for a new mattress. Number 2 the fact that they were about to con me means they lack respect trying to impress their "massa". Got a refund and left. But the most disappointing thing was the MOD got an attitude with me because I wanted a refund. Customer service sucks. Stay away.

Purchased a two piece couch set and realized after I got it home that the 90 degree angle didnt work in my living room. I called the same day, after paying extra for delivery, to see if could exchange the couch going in the opposite direction and was told NO. I was willing to haul it back on my dime. I didnt want a refund only an exchange. The couch was a complete waste of money. The fabric which tried to resemble leather, peeled and bubbled like blisters within a year. No pets, no small children at home. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase from this dump again. Oh and the best part of it all is after I paid $800 for the junk I saw it a few months later for half the price. If you have to buy from here, stay away from all fake leather products. Maybe cloth will work. But do your research first!

So unhappy!! I was there about a week ago, made a decision on my couches and put a down payment. I was going to pick them up today because they told me they were there just yesterday when I called to double check. Today they tell me they only have a floor model and could only take off $50 dollars. Oh and when I looked back at my receipt the sales associate that told me he was giving me a "deal" on the warranty really just added stain warranty. Also I overheard another associate telling a customer yeah, we have ass put our floor models together.." who says that? This is unprofessional in every way and I will never come back here again.

I had a very pleasant experience today in the store. Sales lady "M" handled me with much respect and knowledge of her merchandise. When asking questions, she immediately address them and/or research for answers (product, pricing, etc). I purchased a Beautyrest mattress.....KING. She was patient, provided knowledge about the product and professional. I had intended to go to Under Price Furniture, but because of her zests and efforts, I made a purchase. I plan to make more purchases in the near future with her as my sales person. GREAT JOB!!!!! My first time in American Freight

My husband and I enjoyed our shopping experience at the American Freight store in Morrow. Our sale clerk, Jataree Butler, was very knowledgeable of the products that we wanted, allowed us time to make a decision without hounding us and answered all the questions that we had. This, along with his professionalism, played a major part in our decision to purchase their products. I would recommend anyone to go to American Freight in Morrow and ask for Jataree. He is awesome!

I usually hate rating and leaving comments but I just have to say this store has the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They know the knowledge of the products and have amazing attitudes. Its like one of those places where you can tell the employees are excited to come to work. I love going to communicate with the staff they give me a great laugh every time I go and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

My experience was great, I got my furniture loaded on time and packed up and customer service was excellent . My only problem is that the box spring that came with my mattress is already start to squeak and crack and starting to make my mattress sink in badly like its falling apart . I just got my whole bedroom suite in March and now its May of 2017 and looks like Im going have to get a New box spring again.

This is my second visit to the store, my first visit was at their old location. Both times have been fabulous! Mr. Gary White did a splendid job answering all our question and assisted us with our purchase. They didnt have it in stock, but it will be transferred so we can pick it up within the week. I will surely return and recommend everyone to come to their location.

Mr. Shine provided my family and I with exceptional service. Although the items I wanted was not in stock, Mr. Shine was very helpful and creative with furniture that was in stock. We ended up with a platform bed!! I really appreciated his honesty and customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant furniture shopping experience.

Morrow, Ga location. Rep Gary and staff provided excellent service. I called about a product I saw online, arrived at the store 15mins later to view and purchase (in & out). 2 hours later my furniture was delivered and setup in less than 30mins (they managed to squeeze me in on the last delivery out that day). Im happy, no complaints. Will refer and return

American Freights on Mt. Zion is highly recommended! The employees are very nice and patient. Robert showed me multiple options and great recommendations of furniture and they stayed open to assist me even though I came in 10 minutes prior to the companys closing hours. Came in to get living room set and bedroom set and ended up getting all that and becoming Interested in seeking employment. The manager Justin is so much fun and himself and associate Gary White gave the best service Ive had in awhile . I rarely post but they deserve kudos at this location job well done guys

I came across an inexpensive...I mean really inexpensive kitchen table. I wasnt looking to buy...today, but couldnt pass up! Really friendly staff, I think the young lady name is Jasalyn that helped me. She even cleaned it up! They tied the table to the top of the car, and off I go! Or went! :) Great deals

Ok so first they delivered the wrong furniture and to makes matters worst they didnt even set it up when I asked them to. I had to wait 2 hours for them to go back to the store and get the right one. Im soo angry this will be my last time buying anything here. Its probably not going to make a difference.

Great selection of very affordable furniture. They also have free layaway for selected items. However the so called 3rd party delivery they offer is absolutely awful. I came in to pay for my remaining balance to my mattress. Its 9pm and Im waiting for a 65$ delivery thats 2 minutes from my house.
