My husband and I searched for a living room suite that would mesh our two complete opposite styles into one, for six months! As soon as we walked into Furniture Fair, we were greated by Nichole Didier. Nichole listened to the both of us as we bantered back and fourth and aimlessly wondered her all over the store and back again. She made an observation and lead us directly to the Flexsteel sofas, where we finally made a conjoined decision on the style. Now came the fabric selection... we agreed on the sofa and love, but the pillows took some time ;) Nichole awaiting patiently and allowed us the time to size up end tables with the sofa and found the perfect set. Since our selection was so personalized we had to order and wait for our furniture to be customized. Nichole kept continuous contact via email anytime she heard anything about our order, including a follow up call to ensure the delivery was a success. We are very pleased and will be returning customers for years to come.

Our initial experience was good so we went back for more furniture. This time we were working with Jane who never gave us any kind of feedback on the status of the arrival of our furniture. We placed the order in mid May and come July still no definite word. We had to do everything for Jane from finding competitive prices (the ones she gave us were overpriced) to checking on the status of the delivery because she never bothered to give us feedback. When we mentioned this to Nick he got upset because apparently we had questioned their customer service after being told that there was no definite date even after 8 weeks of waiting. Highly dissatisfied with their follow up on orders placed and the frosty attitude of Jane not to mention rude response from Nick when the problem was addressed to him. Probably never going back. We feel stuck with no satisfactory resolution to the delay in the arrival of our furniture.

We had a horrible experience at a furniture store so we went to look for a couch at a few other places but everything was extremely pricey. My mother-in-law told me about Furniture Fair. We walked in and I immediately wanted to leave because again, everything was kind of out of our price range. Luckily my husband said to look around a little more and we ran into Roger. We explained to him our situation and he jumped right on it! He was so understanding and helpful. He showed us some options in our price range and didnt force us into anything. He honestly didnt feel like a salesman, in fact he actually saved us money! Nick, one of the owners was amazing as well. We found a great couch with a 3 day delivery...amazing! Ive been waiting for a couch so when I heard that, I was all in. The employees make you feel comfortable and are so nice. I would definitely go back and refer anyone in need of furniture.

They took a return that they insisted wasnt supposed to be returnable (because it wasnt carried in store), but when purchased they told us it WAS returnable. So that was nice, I guess. In other dealings however... They were completely over priced by $500+ when given a quote to compare with other retailers of the desired England sectional. They also lied and told me a different one was available without nailhead trim (which they took 10 minutes to confirm/check this), called England Furniture directly & they said it was indeed NOT available without nailhead trim. Very nice people, but not well informed/trained. Which this is a new, so hopefully that will improve shortly.

Totally positive experience!! I have nothing but good things to say about Furniture Fair. So happy they are now in the Centerville area. I wandered in and spent plenty of time looking over the whole store. There was never any pressure whatsoever, only help when I asked for it. I came back the next day and asked for Sharyl who had been so helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered a lovely sofa, chair, coffee table, and ottoman and then ended up going back for a tv stand. I had to arrange for pick up of my old furniture and Furniture Fair was able to schedule delivery for the next day. You cant beat that.

Furniture Fair is an unbelievable store. Their Sales person, (Sharyl Thompson) is Top Notch and totally professional. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect. The selection of furniture is awesome and having most everything in-stock is so wonderful. The delivery drivers are also amazing. They care about the furniture as much as you the customer does. They also take every precaution to keep your home protected when it comes to delivery and set up, as well. I highly recommend this Dayton Furniture Fair Store to everyone looking for great quality furniture.

Having bought 2 couches, a recliner, a king mattress and trundle bed on 3 separate trips, we have been very impressed with the sales staff, the payment office staff, and especially the delivery crew. We get a phone call reminding us of the date for delivery, then an email with a 2-hour window for delivery, and finally a call from the delivery guys letting us know when they will arrive. Delivery crew is awesome-very friendly and thorough. Definitely will return!

After spending many years in the furniture business, finding this store was nothing short of refreshing. The store is clean, displays are great and selection is amazing. Professional staff and great delivery team. I would say if you are looking for a great deal and great choices, this is the place to go. We will return again, and again!! Special shout out to Sharyl (sales consultant) as she sure stays on top on the people she serves from start to finish!!

This place is wonderful. A friend suggested that I check them out when he knew we was in need of a new bedroom suite for our disabled son. I was very impressed with their selection and quality of furniture. The sales lady (Sharyl) that we dealt with was wonderful, the bedding specialist (Kenneth) was very knowledgeable of the products, and the delivery guys were great. They arrived on time, did a great job and all 3 of them was just great guys.

Unbelievable customer service. They went over and beyond to accommodate me. I ordered furniture that they couldnt get in my basement and I was expecting a house full of company the next day. They were waiting for me at the store after the delivery guys left, help me find something and had it to me the next day. Ill be back! Thank you, thank you!

I loved my experience at Furniture Fair. Michael is amazing! I wasnt hounded as soon as I walked in, I was given my space and when I needed something Miacheal was right there. He remembered my name, my sons and name and even my mother. The price was good as well. I would definitely purchase from there again.

I was at the Dayton store today, Im in the market for new furniture and kitchen table. I was there for 30 minutes looking around and not one sales associate asked if I needed any help. Had someone helped me I would have been purchasing today. Needless to say I wont be returning.
