This store deserves no stars. I am so disappointed in their customer service and quality control. We had a beautiful custom furniture set delivered in January, but with little attention to detail -- there were mismatched couch legs, and scratches found in the tables, they dirtied our carpets during delivery. It has taken countless phone calls and emails on my part to attempt to get this resolved, they toggle you back and forth between their Comfort Care line and their store, often stating that they are not the ones who handle that. We are now in April and after multiple entities have seen the damage, multiple tables have been ordered and shown up damaged, it is not resolved. If you are interested in furniture, I would look elsewhere. I wish we had.

I had a great experience today when buying my couch. I expressed my needs and interests and was pointed towards a few couches to look out. I found the perfect couch and upon staring at it for a long time, another worker came up to me and offered to show me basically every configuration available. Shandra (the second person) took the time to problem solve with me and show multiple options and even showed me what they would look like in my living room using drawings and a program. She compared prices to me every step of the way and was not pushy at all to give me upgrades, just said this exists if you want it. I was able to stay under budget and get exactly what I wanted and more! Cant wait to have it all delivered!

I wanted to buy a lift chair recliner and wanted to pick it up my self. They wanted to hit me with a $ 90.00 delivery charge but i said i would pick it up. At this store they have to deliver it to you.Thats a hidden, deceptive additional charge that is NOT listed on the chair price tag. They are already the most expensive outfit for furniture out there. The girl with the smart mouth said if i wanted to i could go to Columbus and pick it up, can you believe that, thats a 220 mile round trip. Why should a customer have to pay to pick up locally? I will never make another purchase from LazBoy. I wonder why on a Saturday at 3:30 pm i was the only customer in this store...

Horrible, horrible, horrible. We purchased a large sectional (and paid a pretty penny), only to receive it in home to find that each sectional piece is a different fabric. The whole couch is mismatched and visibly different. Customer service has been horrible. We were told that because the item had arrived in home, we have to go through a third party quality vendor to inspect the item. Despite calls and photo evidence of the issue, still no resolution. Save your money and spend it at a furniture retailer that values their customers and provides a quality product.

Bought a nice recliner and large area rug on the Labor Day Sale. Expensive but nice and was happy. Took two weeks for the items to be delivered to the their shipping docks. Set delivery date for 26th, about 4 weeks from purchase. Guys show up and guess what? No rug. Called me on Monday and stated the rug "went missing". Its now mid-October - six (6) weeks from purchase. Pretty lame for big name brand retailer. If this is business as usual, they wont be around long.
