We bought a 3 piece bedroom set there. (Miamisburg location) There was the dresser w/mirror, armoire, and the matching headboard. Cost of $1500. The transaction went through and they delivered as scheduled and help set it up. They were nice, polite, and professional. As time went on the wood on one side of the head board was coming up with a stain in the wood. It was growing as time went on. I could not understand what or why. It is a ring/circle that kept growing. Fast forward 10 years. We decided one day to take it to furniture repair place to see about getting it fixed. Of the years that we had it I never had reason to move the head board. When we did move it we found a plug on the back side of the head board. Some kind of wood putty or something balled up with tape holding it in place. There was an indention (?) of some kind with the plug in it. By this time, it had been 10/12 years since I bought the set, no receipt after all these years. They knew the plug was there. Deceitful!

My wife and I purchased our first couch (wedding gift from my mother) in December of 2013. We bought a 5 piece sectional with an ottoman for about $1200. I want to say upfront that I now realize that $1200 is not a lot for a good couch and that the field service techs and sales team were very nice. However, the quality is about on par with a $100 futon youd buy at walmart. We have averaged a service call every 6 months for cushions going flat or the fabric tearing, extended return times on pickups and drop offs and an overall vibe of "tough luck." Like I stated above, you get what you pay for. However, youd at least expect a fantastic service center if your product is always coming back for returns. Purchase at your own risk.

Terrible !!! Buyer beware !!! We purchased a sectional for this store ....to only have it break in less than a month . We also purchased the protection plan only to learn they didnt service our area . Terrible customer service !!!! Waited over 14 days for a response ...to only learn we would have to bring it back. My family will never be back !!! Please dont waste your time and money !!!!!!!!

Please be aware when purchasing for this store. Refund will not be given if bed bugs come from this place. Buy at your own risk.

People here seemed to be nice and were willing to help us. Although we didnt purchase anything, they helped us narrow what we were looking for and let us try everything out. They even allowed our dog to come in so he didnt have to stay outside, but lucky for them, he was afraid of the tile floor.

Needed a new mattress. Just a mattress. The sales person was knowledgeable and very nice. We made the decision quickly and scheduled delivery. Also, I always visit the sale room....we found a lovely two seat leather recliner . It works perfectly. We did buy a pillow and that is a disappointment.

Apparently your closing time is up to the management at this location. My wife and i pulled in 10 minutes prior to close to buy a table we had seen a day prior. When we pulled up the manager was locking the door and shot us a nasty look. Way to lose an easy sale VCF!

Its not that the people arent nice. But, the furniture is not very good quality. Go somewhere else. The sales is a little shady. And do not put cash down if you think you might do a return! They will hold your cash for 10 days. How shady is that?????
