This is such a great store. I always have a pleasant shopping experience at this location, can find things easily, and can always find someone to help, if I need assistance. Recently, my 4 yr old and I were shopping and went by the meat counter to a nearby frozen area. She saw a whole lobster in the case and asked if we could go back by the seafood case so she could look at it again. One of the gentlemen working at the meat counter, brought her a glove, and brought it out to her so that she could see it. She so thrilled! We appreciated the time he took to make this a neat and special learning experience for her. We bought multiple items from the meat counter too. :)

This review is for the Maxtown Kroger. I have observed that within the past month or more a homeless man all dressed in black has taken up residence in the Starbucks Lounge area of the store, my kids are afraid to go in the store because of him. He is constantly typing on a lap top so I wonder if he is looking at porn or worse. He buys a bagel and assumes it gives him the right to stay in the store all day and night. I have spoken to other shoppers about my concerns and wonder if something bad is going to happen before the management takes action on this matter. I am surprised that they have not contacted the police for advice on how to get him out of the store.

My experience at the pharmacy and state run liquor store were fantastic. Friendly people and low prices (pharmacy only) at this location will ensure that when Im in town Ill come back. The pharmacists even helped me transfer existing prescriptions to an out of state pharmacy by calling them! The pharmacist at the other store was less than willing to help or wait to get my prescriptions transferred but the Kroger pharmacist named Jason took the time to call them and help me! Its service like that that I cant help but share. Now the store Im at Randalls in Round Rock, TX is another story...

Tried to order a cake online, and I got an email with a confirmation time and number saying my order would be ready Thursday at 3:20. I called the bakery today before driving to pick it up and their system had lost my order. Customers should not receive a confirmation email when the bakery hasnt seen and confirmed the order. The ladies from the bakery were not mean or unfriendly and I understand that cakes take time. But they acted like this happens often. Do not order cakes online using Krogers website.

Ive been to several Kroger locations and have been very impressed with how they are trying to create a family atmosphere. However the person that checked me out at the Westerville location was not very pleasant and I most likely will not go back there. I only bought 15 items but she acted like I was making her work extra hard. I could almost feel her rolling her eyes.

Me and my grandfather went to this store for my younger sisters birthday, we picked out the cake and asked to write happy birthday Im in pink, but when it was finished the color of icing used for the cake was green and had sloppy handwriting, but over all it is an okay grocery store.

This is my go to store. Theyre not perfect but they have many caring employees. Store is clean and stocked. Even through their remodel. Sale prices are great for the foods my family enjoys and the customized coupons they spend are an added treat. Thank you Kroger family. Well done.

This is a wonderful store, I only wish the prices were always as low as say, Wal-Mart prices. I would shop there non-stop if they were! It has an amazing atmosphere and terrific stock, including gorgeous produce! So much better than the Wal-Mart that is right across the street!

Great store, but rated four stars because the pharmacy stopped being 24 hours -- a large reason why I went there. I want to know if something comes up in the middle of the night I can get meds. I may consider switching pharmacies, but Ill still shop here for groceries.

Its a solid grocery store. The prices are better than giant eagle and they stock a few unique items like gochujang sauce which is pretty cool. The checkout lines can suck sometimes when they only open 3 or 4 but as long as you go before 4pm you should be fine.

Really bad idea if you try to order a birthday cake here. I had ordered my lightning mcqueen cake for my sons birthday about 4 days before his birthday, and they called me on pick up day that they couldnt made the cake that just really rude to me

Ok. Out of orange sherbet (happens frequently) no island strawberry Splash (sales probably show to be slow in computer as they never stocked much were out frequently). I know its hard to shelf enough with limited space.

This place gets five stars for being in a good neighbor and thus having the ability to remain safely open 24 hours. That is super convenient. I think it just needs a good interior remodeling. But otherwise a great place.

staff is very helpful and friendly. i had to make a return and had misplaced my receipt. they were able to look it up with my plus card, but just took my word for it and assisted quickly with a smile on her face.

Huge and has everything you need. Unfortunately, customer service is poor and I do not like to shop here because it is inconvenient. I do love the pharmacy though. The staff is always wonderful.

Kroger on shock road has the best customer service the workers just make my day so special I am a old lady who dont get to much love an kindness but when I go there they put a smile on my face

Very clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful as to where to direct me when looking for certain items. This particular store is where I always go when its time to stock up on groceries.

There were two young people talking very loudly about sleeping with a youth minister while I was there. I didnt really appreciate that in a family visit but the store itself is lovely.

Its a flipping mad house and the intersection on westerville rd makes me wanna scream. But they carry the vegan cheeses and have a nice dried bulk selection.

They remodeled, but that doesnt change the square footage. Some areas (produce) are nice and open, but that makes some of the other aisles feel very cramped.

Refurbished interior, now includes Starbucks, expanded deli and cheese, two banks of self check out registers, fill liquor store. Nice store, good people.

Kroger is always getting local food, and you may have to shop the coupons and hawk the prices, but youll get a fine deal on not starving to death.

Love Kroger but they keep removing my favorite groceries. Also, their 17 items for 42 dollars when you buy 53 or more is a bit pathetic.
