I reserved my reservations and selected the tires on line, great selection of tires, I always go with the Continental Extreme Grip Dry Wet Snow (DWS) such a great tire. The Brewster store manager called me to confirm and assure me the tires were in. They called the day before as well to confirm the location and time, the manager was very polite and courteous. When I arrived for my appointment, the manager went over my paperwork before he started the work to make sure everything was ok. I’m active duty military and they discounted a few dollars more on top of the internet price. I was in and out in about an hour, maybe less, they put 4 tires on plus a spare tire. I always use Mavis tires since I do travel allot because of the military, plus the pricing really cannot be beat and great experiences I have had in the past, the Brewster store was a nice location from my base that made it very convenient for me as well. I have another appointment with my fiancés car the 26th of Dec, looking forward to that…Thank you Mavis for another great job.

I was losing all hope with Mavis as a company. I have been to several locations throughout the five boroughs of New York City and currently two locations near my area. I despised Mavis. Recently I was in need of brakes for my car. I decided to base my decesion of where to go for my repair on consumer reviews.I performed a search and came across Mavis in Brewster. Overall they had a great rating. So I said this will be my final attempt at trying Mavis. I met Dennis at Mavis in Brewster and he is one of the most helpful and professional people I have ever met. I met some staff and they echoed the same as per professionalism and courtesy. The staff here is honest and are eager to perform the best as possible for all their customers. Customer service is a skill and this location has it! I will be using them from now on.

This place is the best for tire service!!! Highly recommended!!! Peter Mananas helped me out all the way!!! I am very picky about people working on my truck. I like doing my own work but tires I cant do. Many other stores have ripped me off and left me disappointed. Peter told me the parts I needed to order before mounting the tires onto my aftermarket wheels. He price matched my tires, and discounted my wheel alignment. He visually showed me everything I needed to know and informed me of the progress. All of the workers were nice to me and complimented my truck after it was all done. A job well done by professionals. Couldnt be happier.

I arrived with no brakes at 7:45pm (they close at 8). I told Pete what happened and how I had to have my car back by noon the next day because I had tons of appointments. Pete checked out the car, saw the potential problem (hose blown) but set my expectations that it might not be possible depending on problem. Next morning, 9am, he calls. I expected the worst. He said the car was done and ready for me. WHAT? On top of fixing the brakes, they noticed the inspection was due and did that as well. Every time I go there I am more and more impressed. Peter, Dennis and all the guys are fantastic! Oh, and less than $150. Unbelievable.

Made an appointment online for my dually truck for 6 tires ... The guy at mavis saw the truck and was like we cant do this big truck... Sent us back... Told us to bring the truck few days latter again... And leave it for a whole day... Doesnt make sense... I went to Town Fair Tire in Brookfield and got the tire cheaper and put on in 1 & half hours...

I have known Pete and Dennis for more then 20 years working for others in the industry, put these 2 guys together.... and you have the best of the best, they have been servicing my vehicles for years you will not find two more honest and knowledgeable individuals under the same roof...Mavis is lucky to have them...

I had great service as usual here, and Peter gave me a good recommendation on tires that saved me money over the tires I was thinking of when I walked in. I could not recommend this place more highly - while waiting on the work work,I saw and heard every customer being treated fairly, with courtesy, and respect.

I went in for an inspection and made me wait 6 hours to tell me that I have a check engine light on and couldnt pass inspection, why in gods earth did they made wait so long? Hmmm i dont know maybe because its a bunch of illiterate kids working in there. Never have my business again.

This garage has saved us several times. They are close, always friendly, quick and affordable. Never have this shop tried to soak us for money or unnecessary repairs. One of the few places left that makes you feel youre in honest hands.
