Hate this location, for multiple reasons. I hate the fact that this is the only location in Houston, and they must make a rule to hire only the most unpleasant people on Earth at this location. I have been to so many Chanels around the world, including France, and this is by far the worse one. I have purchased multiple purses at this location and I would rather go fly to another state than purchase from this Chanel or the Dallas one at this point. The sales associates here are a joke, I have come in inquiring about a few items Ive seen online, and the girl argued with me that it didnt exist and that I wasnt looking at the right website. Are you freaking kidding me, I know what I was looking up and pulled it up for her to see. She said they dont show you the inside of items, which they do on small leather goods, like wallets, which was what I was looking for. I wanted a quilted calfskin wallet. The ones in particular, she told me they dont exist nor has Chanel ever made it. I then knew she had no idea what she was talking about and this was a waste of my time. I have never shopped there again. Ive gone to New York and made happy purchases with the amazingly super nice associates there as well as in California, who know their product as well as how to be professional. Even Neimans is better than this store.

I loved and appreciated all of my experiences at this location. Especially Sophia. She is excellent and knowledgeable. My first purchase was the Jumbo classic flap in sheepskin, but came to realize the bag was too big for my size since I am short. I went back the next day looking for Sophia, and she was so accommodating! I ended up leaving with the medium classic flap and a WOC! Ever since then, I will very so often get a text from Sophia about new inventories and greetings. I purchased more bags throughout the year. This past new year, I received beautiful roses from the Chanel store that was mailed to my home! I was SHOOK! Thank you Sophia, you are the best!!

Absolutely HORRID customer service from one of the employees that I spoke with on the phone. I had been working with a really sweet girl named Sophia, who was ordering shoes in for me since they did not have my size. Sophia was not in the days that I was going to be able to stop by to pick them up and I ended up having to call the store to extend my date due to an emergency. The girl who answered the phone could not have been any more rude and treated me like I was asking her to hold the shoes for the next 5 years. I will find another place to purchase my Chanel from now on. They clearly need to hire better employees.

Salesperson represented to me that he had located a specific jacket I wanted in my size at another store and had ordered it for me. He said hed call when it arrived. I called 5 days later and he said the jacket had been "sold by another store". They either sold it to someone else it never had it. Either way, he never took the trouble to call me. I have never experienced such callous disregard in their NY stores, which I prefer-- they have such a wider variety of choice-- nor in Paris. Not worth walking into this Galleria location.

I walked in expecting to be ignored since Im of the younger variety that shops in Chanel and they usually dont tend to them. I walk in a right off the bat I was greeted by an sa. I walked around for a bit looking for what I needed but I couldnt find it. I asked a different sa where it was and she very kindly helped me. They didnt sell what I was looking for in the boutique but she told me where to find it and I was on my way. I was very happy with the sales associates this shopping trip.

Great Chanel store! Great selection of clothes, sunglasses, jewelry and accessories, makeup and fragrance in a surprisingly large store. Staffs really friendly and helpful - especially by Chanel standards. You can spend a lot or just buy a nail polish, even window shop without being bugged or ignored... Good vibes. :)

Love Chanel, shame this store was full of ignorant and rude employees who think greeting every customer equally is wrong. Went in for earrings and shoes maybe a bag BUT NO THANKS! Just because you wear jeans and tee doesnt mean youre not able to afford chanel.

Went in here with the intention on buying a purse. Nobody approached me until I ask for help. It dont matter what someone wears that doesnt mean we lack of money. Basic employees probably live in the ghetto.
