I visited houston in october of 2016 and i must say the city and its shops are beautiful! I stopped by the Cartier in houston knowing exactly what i wanted a love ring! I entered the store with my aunt and grandmother and was immediately helped by a women she showed us to the love collection and was very kind after a minute or two Kerry Seeto my sales associate came and greated me & my family and continued to show us the love collection. I tried on many rings she was so kind and even gave me advice about what color of gold would look beautiful on my skin type and what rings would look good stacked I really needed that help because i am very indecisive. She offered me and my family refreshments but was rudely interrupted by my uncle! I could have stayed in the store for hours looking and the love necklaces and the Juste un clou. This store was gorgeous the staff were beautiful and very professional! They even sent me a New Years gift TODAY three beautiful books of cariter jewelry & fashion... my father now wants a watch. I will be contacting Kerry Seeto again somtime this year for my new love ring in rose gold! Very lovely store i recommend you visit and shop with Kerry Seeto

Agreed with the first commentator that there is a lack of acknowledgement from staff when you first enter the door. We stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes and no one approached us offering assistance. Once Jim Gray came to us, he was very helpful in selecting the rings of our choice. He offered advises about sizing, maintenance of jewelry, and helped us to order items not readily available in store. He explained services very clearly and helped us design the engravings. We had to go back the next day to make small changes to the sizing and he was very helpful in completing the order adjustment. With regards to the products, we couldnt have been more pleased. We preferred the limited selection of understated luxury, the quality and attention to details, such as fine proportions of the metal to the gem, proportions of metal width to the fingers, and proportions of the overall geometry and the weight of the rings are unparalleled; Extremely thoughtful, refined/well executed products which accentuate timeless designs. Maison Cartier is not for the superficial eyes.

Get over yourselves. I like to browse when I first walk in. That privilege stuff these posters are talking about. Needing to be acknowledged your there lol . I hate when you walk in a store and they are all over you like Tiffany omg let me look for a second.... great store , great staff.... Shop here a lot . Once you ask for help they help you immediately....If they are busy they cant trip over another customer to acknowledge that you have arrived. So when they start doing that then your gonna have a problem and want to be left alone....Great store THEY LET YOU LOOK AROUND AND WHEN YOU SAY "hey can you help me." They are right there....

Walked in with my husband and 2 kids. After roaming around for about. 15 minute we were approached by Sha Lilly Groves who seemed like she didnt want to help us or she didnt like her job that much. We asked her some question regarding some products she kept her head down and didnt want to directly answer our question or she didnt want to help us. Finding out after I purchased my product that she is the store assistant manager. Wow she needs some training how to communicate with customer that walk in thru that store. Horrible service!

The staff that works at Cartier Houston should either be replaced or send to an extensive training on what a true luxury experience and customer service is about! What a contrast with Cartier Paris. No one greets you upon arrival. Every staff member makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. Cest ridicule!

This place is terrible. We come in and after 20 mins, nobody seems to be willing to assist us! Worst Cartier store I had ever been to. A few years ago, I bought an engagement ring in the Chicago Cartier store, their service was wonderful! I would rate this store 0 if I could!
