Ive lived in the Woodlands for years, and own several watches from this store. I dont know if the manager there now is new or relatively new, but he completely kills the store for me now. Hes very rude to customers, Ive had two personal first hand experiences with him, but Ive noticed the same demeanor and attitude to other customers as well. He has a very take it or leave it attitude that leaves people leaving the store in frustration and anger. Ive even gone so far to contact Fossil corporate twice about my encounters, one involving myself and one involving my wife. Both times the corporate office stated that employees, especially managers shouldnt behave or speak to customers in the fashion he does and said they would have the area manager contact me. Its been months and Ive not heard a word from anyone and the manager in question still works at the store. So, my word of advice, if you see a young white guy there that says hes the "manager", Id just walk out of the store and come back later as the rest of the employees are generally nice and very helpful. I hate that one bad apple ruins the cart, but if I see him in the store, Id rather just avoid the headache.

One of the worst shopping experience as I have ever experienced! The sales girl was flat out rude, did not want to help me in anyway and then insulted the fossil purchase I had made previously. I will never return to this location. The employees could use some training on customer service and tact.

I had a great experience at the Fossil store in the Woodlands. My watch was sent off to be repaired under warranty. The employees waited on us immediately & everyone was extremely helpful. My watch was repaired in a timely manner & shipped back to my home. I will do business here again.
